China is a big straw producing country.How to make rational use of straw resources to make good ecological effects and economic effects is a hot issue in modern agricultural development.In the comprehensive utilization of straw resources,feedstock has been extensively studied because of its low cost and easy operation.However,the level of agricultural development varies greatly across the country.The standardized straw resource feed utilization scheme is often not ideal in regional practical applications.This study takes the regional corn straw resources as the starting point,and analyzes the current situation of straw resources in Enshi Prefecture by using data.The feedstock potential of straw resources is predicted,and the straw resource utilization plan is obtained.Based on the experimental research,a treatment method that can be applied to feedstock is constructed,and the feed application experiment is carried out locally to evaluate the application feasibility.Through the research,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The estimated average straw resource in Enshi Prefecture in the past five years is789,140 tons,the per capita corn stalk occupancy is 405.74 kg,and the corn straw resource density is 5590.26 kg/hm~2.The corn stalk resources in Xianfeng County and Jianshi County are the most abundant.The grey forecasting model predicts that the annual average corn stalk resources in Enshi will decrease by 1.85%,but Enshi and Xianfeng County are increasing.(2)Whole cell cellulase constructed with whole cell enzyme as carrier was used to treat corn stover.After treatment,the cellulose degradation rate of corn stover was 34.61%,and the hemicellulose reduction rate was 17.02%.Commercial silage effect can be achieved.The ratio of ammonium nitrogen to total nitrogen was 0.21,and no significant increase was observed,indicating that the addition of cellulase did not result in additional protein loss.(3)In the field of feed application in Enshi,the cellulose content of corn stalks decreased to 28.04%and 25.34%after treatment.The results showed that the cellulase enzymes constructed in this study can adapt to the natural geographical environment of Enshi Prefecture,especially to adapt to the climatic characteristics of poor temperature and day,and to improve the expected effect of whole cell cellulase only in a constant temperature environment.It is applied to corn stalk feedstock with obvious effect and low cost.It is a cost-effective utilization method of corn stalk resources in Enshi.(4)By analyzing the distribution of corn stalk resources in Enshi Prefecture,the effect of feed treatment and the effect of the feed test in Enshi Prefecture,the corn stalk feed in Enshi Prefecture is a reasonable way to use regional waste resources efficiently.The feed of corn stalks in Enshi Prefecture should focus on Jianshi County and Xianfeng County.It should be promoted in the direction of increasing cellulose degradation rate,focusing on production convenience and cost.
