In this experiment,192 1-day-old layer-laying chicks(96 males and 96 females)and 108 470day-old layer-laying chicks were selected as research subjects to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine and fermented feed on growth performance, immune level, production performance and egg quality of laying hens in non-resistant layer culture.Test A 192 eggs, chicks were randomly divided into four groups, each group of 48,male female half,Chinese medicine feeding 1.5% the amount of A and B,1.5% 1.5% of the amount of added amount of fermented feed and without adding egg chicks diet, the basis of the trial is set to 42 days, once every seven days to recycle consumption statistics, and regularly observed the health status of chickens. In experiment 2,108 laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group containing 27 laying hens. They were fed with 2% added Chinese medicine A,2% added Chinese medicine B,2% added fermented feed and no added basic laying hens. The experiment period was 28 days.At the end of the test, the growth performance and immune level of test 1 chicks were measured and analyzed, and the production performance, egg quality and economic benefits of test 2 layers were calculated and analyzed. The results show that:(1)In the growth and performance measurement of eggs to chicks,Chinese herbal medicine.A,B and fermented feed in reducing weight ratio, improve daily gain,to reduce the death rate of tao has obvious effect, can improve the growth performance of laying hens without resistance breeding, ensure no resistance to laying hens breeding reached A higher level of growth, the Chinese herbal medicine the average daily gain of group A was significantly(P < 0.05)or very significant(P < 0.01)than the other three groups, material weight ratio significantly(P < 0.01)higher than the other three groups, the effect is best.(2)In the determination of immune level of egg chicks,Chinese herbal medicine A,B and fermented feed had obvious effects on promoting the secretion of serum immunoglobulin IgG and IgM,but not on promoting the secretion of IgA.Among them, the contents of serum IgG and IgM in group A were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),with the best effect. It has obvious effects on promoting the development of thymus and bursa of immune organs. In group B and fermentation feed group,it has obvious effects on thymus development, while in group A,it has obvious effects on bursa development. The three groups had no significant effect on the development of spleen.Three patients to improve the degree of avian influenza H5,Newcastle disease antibody in serum has obvious effect, the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in group A of avian influenza H5 is significant to the effect of antibody concentration(P < 0.05)or very significant(P < 0.01)than the other three groups,Chinese traditional medicine group A Newcastle disease antibody in the serum degree is also significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05),the promotion effect is best.It indicates that Chinese herbal medicine and fermented feed can improve the immune level of layers in different degrees and ensure the safe development and growth of layers.(3)In terms of production performance of layer hens,Chinese herbal medicine A,B and fermented feed have obvious effects on improving the egg yield, reducing the ratio of material to egg and reducing the rate of abnormal eggs, which can significantly improve the production performance of layer hens in non-resistant cultivation, prolong the peak period of egg production, and improve the economic benefits of layer hens. The egg production rate of the three experimental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)in terms of the ratio of egg to egg and the rate of abnormal eggs.(4)In terms of egg quality testing,Chinese herbal medicine A,B group and fermented feed in the height of protein, egg yolk color and hartz unit three detection measure, has the obvious enhancement effect, including Chinese herbal medicine group A and fermented feed in protein level, egg yolk color and hartz unit three measurements on significant difference compared with controls(P < 0.05),Chinese medicine group B in the aspect of eggshell intensity difference compared with control group significantly(P < 0.05),in terms of protein highly extremely significant difference compared with control group(P < 0.01),the result shows that the three group can be found in laying hens without resistance breeding in varying degrees of improve the quality of the egg.
