| With the rapid development of farmer specialized cooperative,their organizational form is no longer the initial government-led,farmers established,but evolved into a multi-agent joint development mode.The participation of companies,large-scale growers and other entities has accelerated the development of cooperatives,especially the company-led cooperatives.The mode of operation of "Companies and cooperatives and farmers" promotes the integration of elements of cooperatives,enriches the sources of financing of cooperatives,and extends the industrial chain of cooperatives.It contributes to the long-term development of cooperatives and further promotes the development of rural economy in China.However,there are many contradictions in the interests of various stakeholders.How to deal with the conflict,to balance the conflicts of various interests,to maintain the structural stability and the sustainable development of the cooperative,to promote the rapid growth of the agricultural economy and to solve the problem of Agriculture,Ruralareas and Peasantry is very important.This paper is based on the research object of the Qingsong aquaculture co-operative of Qingsong crab company.Based on the theory of institutional change,the theory of scale economy,the theory of property rights and the theory of income distribution,Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of crab industry in Gaochun District.On the premise of considering the evolution of organization form,this paper studies the formation and benefit mechanism of Qingsong professional cooperative.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The Qingsong Aquatic Co-operative,led by the Green Pine Crab Com-pany,has experienced three vertical stages:crab broker,standardized farming(establishment of a community store and company),and the company lead co-o perative.With the further evolution of tissue morphology,the standardization of crab,the degree of specialization gradually improved;In the transverse directi on,the organization has experienced the independent efforts of the Qingsong to the co-operatives composed of 304 people,the scale of cultivation and sales i-s expanding,and the influence is continuously improved.(2)In terms of interest connection mechanism,qingsong aquatic product professional cooperative realizes the cooperative purpose of qingsong crab company to improve product standardization by providing agricultural materials and technical services in a unified way,and at the same time realizes the cooperative purpose of farmers to reduce production transaction costs.Cooperatives by adopting standard crab unified sales matchmaking,ordinary crabs and guaranteed acquisition,wrong season sales service,reduces the membership sales risk,improve the member’s profit space,on the property right arrangement,allowed some members take a stake in,to give the members must say,stabilized the membership and cooperative relations of cooperation.(3)In terms of interests distribution mechanism,cooperatives through explore ways to establish "bonus+secondary rebate" for the first time distribution,for the first time in cooperative business with members of the product phase shall share out bonus,share interests in advance with membership,stimulated the enthusiasm of members with cooperative,and by the late two rebate make cooperative surplus distribution under the existing cooperation can go further,stable cooperative long-term sustainable development.(4)The model of Qingsong Aquatic Co-operative,which is led by the Green Pine Crab Company,is worth popularizing.The operation scope of agricultural leading enterprises covers various fields of agricultural production,which can effectively solve the double constraints of agricultural resources and market demand faced by agricultural production in China.The leading enterprise has a certain influence on the ground,and can effectively solve the problems such as the shortage of funds and the imbalance of information in the development of the cooperative. |
