Study On The Development Level And Spatial Characteristics Of Under Forest Economy In Longjiang Group Of Heilongjiang Province

Since the beginning of this century,Heilongjiang Province has implemented the natural forest protection project in an all-round way.Due to the restrictions of relevant policies,the cutting of natural forest is strictly restricted,the timber production index is greatly reduced,and the pressure of forest economy and forest household employment is increasing.Therefore,Heilongjiang Province has decided to vigorously develop the forest economy in the forest region.Nowadays,the under-forestry economic industry has become one of the important pillar industries in the economic development of Longjiang group,which plays an i_ndispensable role in the local economy,people’s livelihood and other issues.Therefore,it is meaningful to build the index system of under-forestry economic development level,measure the under-forestry economic development level of each forestry bureau of Longjiang group,and study its development law.At the same time,due to the differences in ecology,investment and industrial structure among the forestry bureaus of Longjiang group,there are differences in the development level of under-forestry economy among the forestry bureaus.Therefore,it is meaningful to use the spatial statistical method to study the regional characteristics of the development level of under-forestry economy among the forestry bureaus.It is helpful to understand the overall situation and regional development and change law of under-forestry economy in Longjiang group,and put forward corresponding suggestions,so as to promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of under-forestry economy in Longjiang group.In this paper,first of all,through the analysis of domestic and foreign research on under-forestry,after fully understanding the relevant concepts and theories of under-forestry economy,the development status of forestry and under-forestry economy of Longjiang group is described and counted,and the index system of under-forestry economic development level is established.Then,the development level,ecological input,capital input,output benefit and development results of under-forestry economy are analyzed Finally,based on the spatial weight matrix,Moran index is used to analyze the spatial characteristics of the overall and local under-forestry economic development of Longjiang group,and the following conclusions are obtained:firstly,the development of under-forestry economy of Longjiang group presents an upward trend,the overall under-forestry economy of Longjiang group is in the upper middle stage,but there are still under forest economic problems in some areas Secondly,there is a significant global spatial autocorrelation in the development of under forest economy in each forestry bureau of Longjiang group.The ecological input in the north of Longjiang group is significantly different,and the capital input and output benefits are generally reduced.The ecological input in the central region is relatively large,and the development structure has obvious agglomeration The agglomeration of the second and third industry of under forest economy appeared in the central and southern regions,and the agglomeration of the first industry of under forest economy appeared in the eastern region.Finally,according to the research results,suggestions are put forward from the following aspects:firstly,increase the scale of ecological investment to achieve sustainable development of under-forestry economy;secondly,improve the infrastructure of forest region to promote the rapid development of under-forestry economy;thirdly,develop the industrial system of under-forestry economy according to local conditions by combining with regional characteristics;fourthly,through strengthening the communication between regions,we can realize the all-round development of under-forestry economy in Heilongjiang Province;finally,we need to gather regional efforts to build a regional famous brand.
