Research On The Economic Development Of Undergrowth In The New Green District Of Yichun

The transformation of state-owned forest farms and the trend of diversified economic transformation in China's traditional forestry areas make the development of the traditional interests in the forest economy an important attempt to explore the new model of economic development in the forest area.As the State Council issued and issued the opinion on the overall promotion of the reform of the collective forest rights system in 2008,the reform of the forest rights in China has formally entered the process of development.Since then,the development of understory economy has also become the key direction of forest conversion in China.Yichun,as the largest resource-based city in Northeast China,has gradually entered the track of developing undergrowth economy after the "natural forest protection project".Based on this,this paper analyzes the economic development of the under forest economic development in Yichun Xin Qing District,in order to comprehensively explore the transformation problem in the economic process of the development of the traditional forestry resource-based cities in China,and to further explore the path to improve the economic development level of the forestry resource-based city under forest.This paper uses literature research method,investigation method and comprehensive analysis method to analyze the main problems existing in the development of forest economy in Yichun new Qing district.Combining with the theory of scope economy,the theory of cooperative economy and the economic theory of forest under forest,this paper explains the present situation of the underdevelopment economy in the new green District of Yichun City,and on this basis,annotate the characteristics of the economic development under forest in the new green District of Yichun by combining the different economic development forms of forest and forest flowers and so on,and through the analysis of SWOT.The advantages and disadvantages of under forest economic development in the new green District,from the government policy,under forest product structure,under forest product added value,sales model and sales radius and so on,the analysis of the main factors in the economic development of Yichun Xin Qing District under forest economic development.In the end,through strengthening the communication between the government and the forest farm,we should prepare the economic development plan under forest,form the deep processing industrial cluster under forest products,expand the marketing model of the undergrowth products and construct the modern logistics system for the under forest products,improve the development level of the under forest economy in the new green District of Yichun,and make it for the other forestry resource cities of our country.It provides a reference for the diversification of the economic development route.
