| The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of bupivacaine hydrochloride epidural combined general inhalation anesthesia and simple inhalation anesthesia on respiratory system, circulatory system and stress index in dogs with the same concentration and different dosages of bupivacaine hydrochloride.to explore the reasonable choice of anesthetic scheme in animal clinical anesthesia,to find an effective anesthetic method to regulate surgical stress, and to use reasonable dose of bupivacaine in animal clinical operation.Choose the appropriate way of anesthesia to provide theoretical basis. In this experiment, dogs were used as experimental animals, and 12 healthy dogs were divided into three groups.Group A was the control group, using simple inhalation anesthesia;group B was the low-dose experimental group, using 0.25ml/kg and 0.5% bupivacaine epidural combined inhalation anesthesia;group C was the high-dose experimental group, using 0.4ml/kg and 0.5% bupivacaine epidural inhalation. The induced dose of propofol in each experimental group was 6mg/kg.Control group A received inhalation anesthesia after induction of anesthesia, while experimental group B and C performed the same inhalation anesthesia as control group A,and epidural puncture was performed after anesthesia was stable.Epidural puncture was performed at T2 in group B and C,and laparotomy was performed in all three groups at T4.All the experimental groups were connected with the monitor after endotracheal intubation. On the basis of preoperative indexes, various physiological indexes, including body temperature, blood oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure, were monitored at 5,10,15,20,25,30,45,60 min and immediately after awakening, including body temperature, blood oxygen saturation, respiratory frequency, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure. Before anesthesia,2 hours after skin incision,6 hours after skin incision and 24 hours after operation, peripheral venous blood samples were taken to monitor cortisol(COR),leukocyte(WBC)and neutrophil(NE)in each experimental group before anesthesia,2 hours after skin incision,6 hours after skin incision and 24 hours after operation.Pain was monitored in three groups of experimental dogs immediately after awakening,1 hour after operation,2 hours after operation and 4 hours after operation.Analyze data by SPSS26.0 statisticsResult:1.After anesthesia in each experimental group, the circulatory system and respiratory system were inhibited with the increase of anesthesia time, and bupivacaine combined anesthesia could effectively inhibit the fluctuation of circulatory index after skin incision and awakening.compared with the control group and the high-dose experimental group, the low-dose experimental group had less inhibitory effect on the respiratory system and circulatory system.2.Compared with the control group, each experimental group could effectively reduce the postoperative stress and inflammatory reaction at 2 hours and 6 hours after skin incision, but there was no significant difference in the inhibition of postoperative stress and inflammatory reaction among different doses of bupivacaine in the experimental group.3.Compared with the low dose experimental group, the postoperative analgesia time of the high dose experimental group was prolonged with the increase of the dose of bupivacaine.Conclusion:1.Low-dose bupivacaine epidural combined with general anesthesia can reduce the inhibition of respiratory system and circulatory system, and better maintain the stability of circulatory system and respiratory system during operation.2.Combined epidural anesthesia with equal concentration and different doses of bupivacaine can effectively inhibit postoperative stress and inflammatory reaction in dogs.3.Compared with low dose bupivacaine epidural combined general anesthesia, the analgesic time of high dose bupivacaine epidural anesthesia increased significantly with the increase of bupivacaine dose. The comprehensive results show that low dose bupivacaine epidural anesthesia can effectively inhibit postoperative stress and inflammatory reaction, relieve postoperative pain, have little effect on respiratory system and circulatory system, and can be widely used in abdominal surgery in dogs. |
