With the expansion of the area covering area and the increase in the number of land-covered membranes,the residual ground membranes in the field have caused very serious pollution to the agricultural environment.The use of mechanical recycling the residual membrane can overcome the shortcomings of high labor intensity and low effective recovery rate.The existing remnant film recycler method is mainly to use bomb teeth or strength-type removal.Bullet-tooth remnant film recycler is difficult to recycling the edge membrane,it is difficult to remove the membrane,and there is no automatic film removal function.The power-type remnant film recycling machine is more dusty at work,and the wind machine mouth is easy to block at work.It needs to be cleaned regularly,affecting the work efficiency of the machine,and the machine cannot work continuously.This article proposes a combination of the combination of the film shovel,sieve,chain rake teeth,decapyles device,and automatic film removal device to design a remnant membrane recovery machine with high recovery rate,less debris,and automatic film removal.In the article,the following points were mainly studied and concluded:(1)The condition of the remnant film recycling is determined,including the laying of the ground membrane,and the cotton planting mode in the Kashgar area of Xinjiang is(660+100)the planting mode of the four-line plant of the four-line plant.The thickness of the soil is 50mm,which determines the overall structure and design requirements of the L-shaped chain-rake film recycling machine.It combines the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic and foreign models and the whole machine structure of the L-shaped chain recovery machine.(2)Design the key parts of the L-shaped chain-rake film recycling machine,including the transmission system,the starting device,and the L-shaped chain rake tooth.The speed of its power output shaft is 337.5R/min,the power is 32.70kW,and the torque is 925.3N · m.Select the pulled shovel as a membrane,the width of the membrane shovel is 1300mm,the tilt angle of the shovel surface is 17.1°~22.7°,and the angle of the shovel blade is 25 °.The L-shaped chain rake tilt angle is 60 °,and the inclination angle between the elastic teeth and the chain rake is 75 °.Other components include racks,soil rollers,soil membrane transport separation devices,decapyles rollers,and film boxes.Movement analysis was performed on the chain rake tooth.The errors between the X direction and the Y direction displacement and theoretical displacement were 3.1%and 2.1%,respectively.This error was within the acceptable range.(3)An analysis of the static finite element of the static finite element of the L-shaped chain-ray film recycling machine(membrane teeth,membrane shovel)was performed,and the choice of two kinds of membranes was selected.By analyzing The maximum stress of the membrane shovel is 51.30MPa,the maximum deformation is 0.28 mm,the maximum stress of the membrane is 43.58MPa,and the maximum deformation is 0.08mm.All of them meet the design requirements of the selected materials.After analysis,chosen a membrane shovel is used as a membrane.The elasticity has also been analyzed by the elasticity finite element.The maximum stress of the bullet tooth is 1109.5MPa,and the maximum deformation is 13.67mm,which meets the design requirements.(4)In the field test,the test results show that the operating speed of the L-shaped chain rake film recycling machine is 4~7km/h,the depth of operation is 60-80mm,and the recovery rate of the five measuring points is:93.60%,respectively.,92.86%,87.84%,95.50%,86.45%.The remnants of the five measuring points are greater than 85%,and all performance indicators meet the national standards of "GB/T 25412-2010 Rembrying Milk Recycling Machine".The recycling rate of the equipment residue,high miscellaneous rate,and good operating conditions can be performed for a long time to meet the design requirements.
