Bumblebees are important pollinators of many crops and wild plants. They play a very important role in the protection of biodiversity and the maintenance of the sustainable development of natural ecosystems. In recent years, excessive use of pesticides has resulted in pesticide residues, resulting in a decline in the number of many bumblebee species, has a serious impact on the sustainable development of the ecosystem. In this study,we carried out an investigation of wild bumblebee species resources in Xinjiang, analyzed the status of Xinjiang bumblebee species diversity, and promoted the protection of bumblebee species diversity.Select the residual concentration of imidacloprid pesticide, glyphosate pesticide, and a mixture of the two pesticides to clarify their effects on the reproduction and development of Xinjiang dominant wild bee species Bombus terrestris. The specific research results are as follows:1.Investigation and research on Urumqi,Yili and Hami in Xinjiang, the bumblebee species in Aksu Township of Urumqi is diverse and rich in structure, this ecosystem is most conducive to the survival and reproduction of bumblebees. The species of bumblebees in Yili Yining County 70 Regiment and the foot of the Hami Snow Mountain are few and simple in structure, which cannot well support the survival and reproduction of bumblebees. The change of the diversity index of each sample is basically the same as the richness index, but is roughly opposite to the change of the dominance index. The species diversity of bumblebees is not only affected by flowering plants in the surrounding habitats, but also varies with the influence of different altitudes, temperature, humidity and natural habitat distance.2.In the test of the combined effect of pesticides on the reproduction and development of the queen bumblebee, the combination of 60 ng/g glyphosate pesticide and 10 ng/g imidacloprid 60 ng/g glyphosate pesticide accelerated the spawning time of bumblebee eggs.60 ng/g glyphosate pesticide reduces the development time of worker bees.During the developmental period of worker bee pupa, the total effect of the two pesticides is less than the sum of the individual effects, the mixed pesticide of 10 ng/g imidacloprid and 60 ng/g glyphosate showed an antagonistic effect and had no significant effect on the development. In the test of the combined effect of pesticides on the reproduction and development of the queenless bombus colony,10 ng/g imidacloprid pesticides, mixed with 10 ng/g imidacloprid and 60 ng/g glyphosate pesticides prolonged the pre-oviposition time of the queenless bombus colony. In male larvae of development time, mixing 10 ng/g imidacloprid and 60 ng/g glyphosate pesticides showed a synergistic effect, the combined effect of the two pesticides was greater than the sum of the individual effects of each pesticide, prolonging the development time of male bee larvae. The same residual concentration of pesticides acts on the queen bumblebee and the queenless bombus colony, showing multiple different effects, the queenless bombus colony cannot completely replace the queen bumblebee colony for experimental research.
