Effects Of Two Kinds Of Organic Fertilizers On Fruit Quality Of Wine Grape In Three Soil Types

In order to explore the effect of organic fertilizer on soil characteristics and fruit quality of wine grape growing area in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain,three typical soils(aeolian sandy soil,yellow irrigated soil and calcareous soil)were selected in this experiment,and three treatments of traditional chemical fertilizer(control),animal organic fertilizer and cattle and sheep manure organic fertilizer were set in each cultivation area Plant growth index and yield were measured to explore the comprehensive quality improvement of wine grape under three kinds of soil by two kinds of organic fertilizer,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the application of organic fertilizer in different soil types of wine grape production area in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain.The results are as follows1.Under the effect of organic fertilizer,the content of organic matter,water content,aeration and the ability of water and fertilizer conservation in three types of soil were increased,while the soil bulk density was significantly decreased,and the soil pH was decreased.The results showed that animal manure had better effect on improving the soil properties of aeolian sandy soil and yellow irrigated soil,and cattle and sheep manure had better effect on improving the soil properties of calcareous soil.2.The activities of urease,catalase,sucrase and phosphatase in three types of soil were increased under the effect of organic fertilizer,and the increase degree of enzyme activity in deep soil was higher than that in surface soil.The results showed that the effect of animal organic fertilizer on enzyme activity of aeolian sandy soil and yellow irrigated soil was better,and the effect of cattle and sheep manure organic fertilizer on enzyme activity of calcareous soil was better.3.Under the effect of organic fertilizer,the growth index,SPAD value,leaf photosynthetic capacity,anthocyanins and total phenols of grape plants in three types of soil were increased,while the contents of tannin and titratable acid were decreased.The yield of wine grape was increased.In conclusion,the two kinds of organic fertilizer can effectively improve the soil characteristics of three types of wine grape producing areas in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain,and improve the fruit quality and yield of three kinds of wine grape.In general,animal manure had better effect on soil characteristics of aeolian sandy soil and yellow irrigated soil and comprehensive quality improvement of wine grape,while cattle and sheep manure had better effect on soil characteristics of calcareous soil and comprehensive quality improvement of wine grape.
