| With the realization of the goal of rural drinking water project,some potential problems of rural water project are gradually revealed.Water safety problems caused by poor water supply conditions are becoming more and more serious,such as hidden danger of water supply safety,hidden danger of water quantity and quality,low scale,aging and damage of water supply facilities,imperfect management mechanism and so on.In the rural infrastructure water supply facilities,water supply network is the most important and basic part,because the water supply network to every household,people’s quality of life and the stability and reliability of rural function depend on it to ensure the normal operation.To study the scale and structure of rural water supply project is to study the scale and structure of water supply network.Taking the rural water supply situation of Q ingdao as an example,this paper conducts a double-scale coordinated optimization study on the scale and structure of the rural water supply project in Shandong Province.The research results can not only be used in the construction and management of the rural water supply project in Shandong Province,but also for the management practice of the rural water supply in the whole country,which is of great necessity and practical significance,and is the guarantee of farmers’ life.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,we analyze the size and structure of water supply in the research area from the aspects of the current situa tion,water supply mode,and current water supply capacity.,and concludes the main problems in rural water supply projects,and shows that it is necessary to carry out a coordinated and optimized study on the scale and structure of the rural water supply project in Shandong Province.(2)The physical components of hydraulic model,the basis of hydraulic calculation and the usage,functions and characteristics of EPAN ET software and WNTR expansion package used in modeling are introduced in detail,and the expre ssion form of topological structure is discussed.Finally,the simplification method of pipe network database and the modeling method of hydraulic model are introduced.(3)This paper studies the scale of rural water supply in Shandong Province,analyzes the main factors affecting the scale of rural water supply project construction,and constructs an optimization model of water supply project scale by actual investigation data,and then uses GIS and GA genetic algorithm to divide the water supply area The scale of the pipe network is calculated and the optimization method of rural water supply project is obtained by solving the function of the optimized model.The case study is carried out in Jiaonan C ity,which proves the feasibility of the model.(4)The paper studies the water supply topology structure in Shandong rural areas,defines the concept of elasticity,the properties of the topological structure and the calculation method of the indexes.The results show that the central point advantage of the town is the highest,and the connection density,average path length and diameter value of Madian town are the highest,Based on the results of elastic calculation in three aspects of water demand shortage,water age and chemical pollution,it can be concluded that the elastic calculation value of Zangnan town is obviously better than that of Madian Town,which indicates that the effect of the center point advantage on elasticity is greater.(5)For the expansion of other water supply projects,the research on the topolo gical structure elasticity of pipe network can be combined with the water supply scale determined by the water supply capacity for two-scale coordinated optimization.In the aspect of scale optimization,the optimal economic model with minimum total cost is established to solve the optimal scale of the project;In the aspect of structure optimization,it is suggested to increase the topological index value of center point advantage appropriately.According to the optimal scale,the reconstruction and expans ion can follow the water supply mode of taking the water supply plant as the center and extending the pipe network around,which can effectively improve the flexibility of the whole water supply project. |
