China is a big agricultural country,and the planting area of crops is very broad.Corn is one of the important food crops in China,and its planting area is about 42.13 million hectares.The use of no tillage for sowing can not only ensure the sowing quality,but also improve the operation efficiency,save water and soil moisture,and improve the content of soil organic matter.At present,no tillage seeder generally uses common seed guide tube to seed.The seeds fall into the empty guide tube after being seeded by the finger clip metering device,and then continue to fall freely into the seed groove opened by the machine.Due to the uneven surface and disorderly arrangement of stubbles,the vibration of the machine in the operation process is intensified,resulting in the collision between the seeds in the seed guide tube and the tube wall,and the bouncing on the ground at the same time,the sowing quality rapidly decreases.With the increase of the operation speed,this situation will be obviously aggravated.In view of this problem,according to the agronomic requirements of corn planting and the research status of no tillage seeder at home and abroad,a high-speed no tillage seeder is designed,which can not only ensure the sowing quality,but also improve the operation speed of the no tillage,and greatly increase the operation efficiency.Through EDEM discrete element analysis of seed movement law,finite element analysis of the force of key components such as the frame,determine the main structure parameters of high-speed no tillage and the range of key component parameters.The single factor and quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test of single factor and three dimensional quadratic orthogonal rotation were completed by using the test-bed test and field test,and the optimal working parameter combination of single unit of high-speed no tillage seeder was determined.The main research results are as follows:(1)The development status of no till seeder at home and abroad was studied.It was found that the operation speed of no tillage seeder was difficult to be improved.Compared with the structural characteristics of different planters,the movement process of seeds in the seed guide tube was analyzed,the main research content was determined,the technical route was formulated,and the single prototype of high-speed no tillage seeder was designed and trial produced.(2)The overall scheme design of high-speed no tillage seeder.According to the working requirements of no tillage seeder and the agronomic requirements of corn planting,the main structural parameters of high-speed no tillage seeder were determined.It mainly includes high-speed seed tube,transmission mechanism,seed box support plate and single frame.In the process of design,the sowing quality is guaranteed and the structure is simplified to ensure that the machine has better trafficability in the field.(3)The key components of high-speed no tillage seeder were designed.It is determined that the scraper type conveying mechanism is adopted for the seed delivery mechanism of the high-speed seed tube,and the tractor battery is used to provide power.At the same time,the motor,bearing and other standard parts are calculated and selected.The EDEM discrete element method is used to determine the structure of the seed feeding plate as the combined seed plate,and the seed feeding angle is 35° Through Solid Works Simulation,the stress analysis and check of the single frame and seed box support plate are completed.(4)The bench test and field test of high-speed no tillage seeder were completed.The main factors affecting the sowing quality: machine operation speed,height of high-speed seed tube from the ground and seed guide angle were tested by single factor test to determine the variation range of the factors.The working parameters were optimized by ternary quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test.Finally,the machine operation speed was 12km/h,the height of high-speed seed tube from the ground was 42 mm,and the seed guide angle of high-speed seed tube was 9 ° The qualified index of sowing was 94.67%,the replanting index was 2.33%,and the missing sowing index was 3%.
