Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Migrant Farmers’ Willingness To Participate In Eco Agricultural Production

In recent years,the problem of ecological environment has gradually become a hot issue.The nineteen party,the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the No.1 central document of 2020 pointed out that we should correctly grasp the relationship between ecological environment protection and economic development and stick to the path of green development.Ecological agriculture,as a mode of agricultural production that takes into account economic,ecological and social benefits,has gradually become the focus of the development of various agricultural regions.As a special agricultural development area,reservoir x is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.It not only shoulders the task of power generation and flood control,but also undertakes the ecological protection of water resources.It has the unique advantages of implementing ecological agriculture.However,most of the papers in our country focus on the development mode and efficiency of eco agriculture.From the point of view of the micro main body-farmers,there are few articles about their willingness to participate in ecological agricultural production,and even fewer articles about migrant farmers as the starting point.Therefore,taking the reservoir area of X hydropower station as an example,this paper studies the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to participate in ecological agricultural production from the perspective of farmers,and puts forward scientific and operational decision-making opinions.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign articles about ecological agriculture,farmers’ ecological behavior and farmers’ willingness to participate,this study constructs the theoretical analysis framework with the theory of planning behavior as the theoretical basis,and makes an empirical study on 289 migrant farmers in X reservoir area by using the structural equation model.The results show that: the willingness of local migrant farmers to participate in eco-agricultural production has a certain promotion space.The behavior attitude,subjective norm and perceptual behavior control of migrant farmers have significant influence on their behavior intention.And behavior attitude,subjective norm and perceptual behavior control will influence each other.Therefore,it is necessary to take effective measures to improve the ecological awareness of migrant farmers,strengthen the demonstration effect of neighborhood,and increase the government’s incentive for ecological farming,so as to improve the willingness of local migrant farmers to participate in ecological agricultural production.In addition,the paper puts forward the following five suggestions and measures to improve the willingness of migrant farmers to participate in eco agricultural production:(1)improve the awareness of eco benefits of migrant farmers and increase their understanding of eco agriculture;(2)increase government support and set up incentive funds for Eco farming;(3)set up a model of eco farming at village level and improve the enthusiasm of migrant farmers to participate in eco farming;(4)establish security and Risk sharing mechanism,promote effective ecological farming technology;(5)increase the support of ecological agricultural products brand,promote the improvement of agricultural production and management mode.
