| The expanding income gap between urban and rural areas in our country,in the process of urbanization, more and more rural labor began in the form of familial non-agricultural transfer from rural to urban, lead to labor shortage of agricultural production, rural land no aging trend of increasingly serious, farming and agriculture rural idle pa stureland,a large number of cultivated land are 1.8 billion mu of arable land red line close to year by year,The trend of arable land being abandoned is getting more serious.Based on the data of the national dynamic monitoring survey on health and famil y planning of the floating population carried out by the National Health Commission in 2017,and based on the theories of household behavior, rational economic man hypothesis and labor transfer theory, this paper uses Logit model to explore the relationshi p between the non-agricultural transfer of farmers and the abandonment of cultivated land.Through model analysis,it is found that the degree of family in the process of non-agricultural transfer of farmers has a significant promoting effect on farmland wastage, and with the improvement of the degree of family transfer, the probability of farmland wastage increases. In terms of the characteristics of non-agricultural transfer subjects, the education level was negatively correlated with farmland wasteland, while the age and party membership were positively correlated with farmland wasteland. The worse the physical condition, the higher the probability of farmland wasteland. In terms of family characteristics, with the increase of family size and monthly household expenditure, the probability of farmland abandonment will increase significantly. In terms of the scope of transfer space, compared with inter-county migration within the city, the relative ratio of farmland abandoned by trans-provincial migrant hous eholds will be reduced, while the relative ratio of farmland abandoned by trans-city migrant households will be increased.Through case analysis,it is found that the more complete the family degree of farmers is in the process of non-agricultural transfer, the more likely they are to abandon farmland. The reasons for the abandonment of farmland include poor quality of farmland, lack of labor force, high agricultural production cost and low income of agricultural production compared with migrant work.In view of the occurrence of farmland wasteland in the process of farmers’ non-agricultural transfer, the government should perfect the laws and regulations of farmland wasteland management, strengthen the propaganda of farmland protection policy, and enhance f armers’ awareness of farmland protection.Strengthen the grass-roots government and the collective organization of villagers to control the intensity of arable land, improve the local land market; We will attach importance to rural education and strengthen training in agricultural production skills for farmers. |
