In the aspect of wheat harvesting operation centered on Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives,at present,China mainly schedules harvesters through manual experience,but this traditional scheduling method will lead to unreasonable path planning of harvesters,excessive scheduling of harvesters and farmers’delay in harvesting operation.These problems will not only bring huge losses to Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives and farmers,but also bring huge losses to farmers It will restrict the development of modern agriculture.In addition,if the weather changes during the wheat harvest,the artificial experience scheduling can not meet the complex actual situation,we must use scientific and reasonable scheduling methods to reduce the loss of farmers.Therefore,in the wheat harvest of individual farmers,how to schedule the harvester scientifically and reasonably has become an urgent problem in China.Agricultural machinery scheduling problem is essentially a multi-objective optimization combination problem.Based on the analysis of the problem of agricultural machinery scheduling in wheat harvest of individual farmers,combined with the characteristics of wheat planting of individual farmers,this paper proposes a scheduling method of harvester with time window based on improved genetic algorithm.On this basis,it also proposes a scheduling method of harvester with time window change caused by weather change.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Through the research on the scheduling problem of harvester,according to the time window,location,area and other information of agricultural operation submitted by farmers,reasonably allocate the traveling harvester,complete the operation task in a timely and efficient manner,scientifically plan the best route of the harvester,solve the problems such as high scheduling cost,low efficiency and large gap of harvester resources,and realize the optimal configuration of the operation process of the harvester,Improve work efficiency and harvester utilization.Therefore,in order to minimize the operating cost,waiting cost and delay cost of the harvester,this paper builds a harvester scheduling model based on the agricultural machinery cooperative,and improves the genetic algorithm according to the characteristics of this model,using two-level multi segment coding method and single point crossing method,so that the algorithm can effectively avoid local optimization and achieve global convergence。Finally,the feasibility of the model and the performance of the improved genetic algorithm are verified by an example.In addition,this paper analyzes the emergency harvester scheduling problem caused by the change of farmland time window caused by the weather change.In the autumn harvest period,if the weather changes,the wheat harvesting time window will change.If the original scheduling scheme is not adopted in a timely and efficient dynamic scheduling method,it will cause a large number of farmers to delay the harvest of farmland,which will bring huge losses to farmers.Therefore,this paper considers the emergency scheduling problem of farmland time window change caused by weather change.The farmland with the intersection of working time and rainy time will be prioritized according to the emergency degree to avoid or reduce the loss of farmers caused by weather change.Therefore,this paper establishes an emergency scheduling model of harvester caused by weather change,considers the actual situation of shortening the working time window of farmland caused by weather change,introduces the emergency degree function of farmland harvesting,determines the emergency farmland,and then designs an emergency harvester scheduling algorithm based on the improved genetic algorithm,dynamically changes the original harvester route,so as to optimize the emergency farmland Firstly,the purpose of harvester is provided,so as to improve the service capacity of agricultural machinery cooperative and farmers’ loss.Finally,an example is introduced to prove the feasibility of the model and algorithm.The research results of this paper show that through the analysis of the specific situation of wheat harvesting process of individual farmers and the description and optimization of wheat harvesting process by using the problem modeling method,the efficiency of wheat harvesting can be improved and the cost of agricultural machinery cooperative and the loss of farmers can be reduced,which shows that the solution of agricultural machinery scheduling problem is very necessary in agricultural production activities.
