Database Construction And Management System Development Of The County High Standard Basic Farmland

At present,the graph data of county-level high-standard basic farmland is mostly stored in Auto CAD paper or SHP format,and the attribute data are mostly managed in ledger form,which has serious graph and belongs separation and is not convenient for query,statistics and management.In order to solve the above problems and achieve high informatization of high-standard basic farmland data management,this study took Jiutai District of Changchun city as the research object and Arc GIS as the database building platform to study the database design and implementation of high-standard basic farmland.Using C# development language,Arc GIS Engine as the development tool,Visual Studio2019 as the development environment,based on GIS component library to develop high standard basic farmland database management system.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)the database of the survey,design,implementation and acceptance of high-standard prime farmland in jiutai city in 2016 has been established;(2)Developed a high-standard basic farmland database management system,including management module,query statistics module,data update module,data conversion module,map making module,basic function module,decision-making module and high-standard basic farmland construction module.Practice shows that the establishment of high-standard basic farmland database and the development of its management system are of practical significance for improving the scientific and modern level of high-standard basic farmland data management at the county level and effectively docking with relevant provincial and national departments.
