Selection Research On The Cultivation And Breeding Startups Mode Of Returning Rural Migrant Workers Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has marked rural reform and development entering a new stage under the rural revitalization progression.Rural revitalization is the process of comprehensively realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,among which the most important and crucial part is the revitalization of industries and talents.According to statistics,migrant workers have become the mainstream under accounting for more than 70% of total population who returning to their hometowns for startups in 2019.But while this capacity has reached a new high in 2020,only one-fifth of them will continue to work in farming and aquaculture.However,China is in the critical period of developing modern agriculture.Returning migrant workers can well cope with the problem of insufficient high-quality labor force in rural areas for a long term,so that providing new ideas for agricultural development.Therefore,the relevant research is of more significance.In order to carry out in depth study,this paper defines relevant concepts by combing relevant literature based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Human Capital Theory and Behavioral Decision Theory.Then,the factors that may affect their mode choice are obtained through theoretical analysis and statistical analysis.Besides,on the basis of the existing research,the binary Logit model is used to conduct an empirical study on whether cultivation and breeding technology and expected income have an impact on their mode choice after combining with the survey results.In addition,the characteristics of personal basic abilities and external environmental factors are added respectively to compare the differences under different environments and capital accumulation,so that enriching the research content.The conclusions will provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the enthusiasm of returning rural migrant workers to choose cultivation and breeding industry,also promote the income by continuously innovating the relevant model and developing new business forms.It will increase corresponding training so that returning rural migrant workers will have a better understanding and obtain interest on the cultivation and breeding industry.It will increase the attraction after continuously support,enhance public services and provide a better environment and platform for returning rural migrant workers in cultivation and breeding industries.
