| With the development of dwarf dense apple cultivation technology,several apple dwarf demonstration orchards have been gradually established in Aksu area.The application of dwarf rootstocks to build orchards has the characteristics of easy management,early flowering and fruiting,and high productivity.However,since some of the dwarfing dense plantations performed poorly in the trials of dwarfing rootstock combinations planted in earlier years,and with the development of new technologies at this stage,there are new breakthroughs in rootstock combinations,so it is especially important to screen out rootstock combinations suitable for planting in Aksu region for future production.In the present study,different scion varieties were grafted on QZ1 as the test rootstock and compared with different local rootstocks to understand the differences in tree growth,fruit yield,and fruit internal and external quality of different rootstock combinations through experimental studies and to comprehensively analyze the growth adaptability of each variety combination of QZ1 in Aksu region,the main findings are as follows:1.Among the combinations of QZ1 and different varieties,rootstock combinations such as Jin18/QZ1,Mingyue/QZ1,and Ruiyang/QZ1 had no branch draining;the survival rate of Shi Fu/QZ1,Miyazaki/QZ1,Yan Fuji 7/QZ1,Yan Fuji 8/QZ1,2001 Fuji/QZ1,and Qin Crisp/QZ1 ranged from 90%to 98%,and the draining rate ranged from The survival rate of Tobacco Rich 8/QZ1 was the lowest,86%,and the highest,20%.The rootstock combinations of Yan Fuji 7/QZ1,Mingyue/QZ1,Ruiyang/QZ1,and Qin crisp/QZ1 had high tree height,large crown width,and strong tree growth;Shi Fuji/QZ1had the lowest tree height and small crown width.The rootstock combinations of Mingyue/QZ1and Ruiyang/QZ1had the largest total branch volume.The Miyazaki/QZ1 combination had the largest percentage of long branches,75.92%;the Mingyue/QZ1combination had the largest percentage of medium branches,24.89%;and the Jin18/QZ1combination had the largest percentage of short branches,29.97%.2.Among the combinations of QZ1 and different varieties,the Ruiyang/QZ1 combination had the highest equivalent mu yield of 974.05 kg per mu for 3-year-old trees,followed by the Jin 18/QZ1combination with a yield of 767.50 kg per mu;and Yan Fuji 7/QZ1 combination had the lowest equivalent yield of 149.77 kg per mu.The fruit shape index ranged from 0.78 to 0.88,with Shi Fu/QZ1 combination having the largest fruit shape index.The fruit shape index was the largest.The soluble sugar content of Shi Fu/QZ1 combination was the largest at 14.37%,while the soluble sugar content of the lowest at 8.86%for the combination of Shi Fuji 7/QZ1.The vitamin C content of Shi Fu/QZ1 combination was the highest at21.59 mg·100g-1,while the vitamin C content of Rui Yang/QZ1 combination was the lowest at 12.63mg·100g-1.The fruit glycemic index ranged from 0.60 to 2.00,with Rui Yang/QZ1 combination having the highest glycemic index.3.The overall ranking of yield and fruit quality from highest to lowest was:Ruiyang/QZ1>Jin 18/QZ1>Mingyue/QZ1>Fuji/T337>2001 Fuji/QZ1>Shifu/QZ1>Yan Fuji 7/QZ1>Yan Fuji 8/QZ1.4.Among the combinations of Liquan Fuji/QZ1,Yanfu 3/M9-T337,Yanfu 3/bayan begonia,Yanfu3/SH1,Yanfu 3/M9-T337/bayan begonia,and Asentec/M9-T337,the rootstock combination with QZ1 as rootstock had a high survival rate of 99%,and the tree was dwarfed;however,the rootstock combination with M9-T337 as the intermediate rootstock and Begonia as the bottom rootstock had the highest mortality rate of 29%.The rootstock combination with Begonia and QZ1 as rootstocks had the lowest overwintering draining rate of 3%and was highly resistant to cold.The rootstock combination with Begonia as rootstock was tall,suitable for arborization planting pattern,and the most adaptable to growth in Aksu region.The rootstock combination with M9-T337 as rootstock had the best overall dwarfism,but had the largest branch withdrawal rate of 27.78%and was less resistant to cold. |
