| The safety of drinking water is closely related to the production and life of human beings.The safety of drinking water is directly related to the health and life safety of the masses.Rural Drinking Water Security is an important factor that affects the improvement of rural residents’ life quality,living environment,income level and physical and mental health.Combining with the reality of Chengbei District,Xining,strengthening measures and taking multiple measures can further provide clean,safe drinking water for the villagers in Chengbei District Xining and meet the water demand for agricultural production and development,at the same time,it will add impetus to Xining Chengbei District’s economic and social development,rural development and eco-livable North district development.This thesis is based on the theory of public goods and the theory of New Public Management,in order to understand the current situation of drinking water and the problems existing in the process of drinking water treatment,a combination of questionnaire survey,interview survey and field survey was conducted among residents in Chengbei District,Xining.at the same time,through interviews with water workers in Chengbei District,Xining,to understand in detail the current situation of drinking water treatment and how to further carry out drinking water treatment,and on the basis of theoretical analysis and investigation,to analyze the causes of the problems,it provides a scientific and reference method for the safe management of rural drinking water in Chengbei District,Xining.At present,the main problems existing in the management of drinking water safety in rural areas of Chengbei District,Xining,are as follows: the coverage of drinking water projects is not enough,lack of professional personnel for the management and protection,water protection difficulties,a single source of funds,Law Enforcement and supervision is not enough to protect drinking water publicity in place,and a series of problems.According to the overall plan of rural revitalization,this paper explores the way to promote the standardization and scientific management of Rural Drinking Water Safety in Chengbei District,Xining,in view of the weak links of rural drinking water safety management.We will implement integrated urban-rural water supply projects,continuously standardize the construction of drinking water projects,and effectively supervise and cover the entire construction process.We will conduct regular monitoring of water quality and quantity,strengthen dynamic inspections of water sources and strengthen sewage treatment capacity,strengthening Protection of water sources.Strengthening the capacity of law enforcement and supervision of drinking water safety through measures such as constantly improving the legal system,strengthening law enforcement and publicity efforts,and conducting regular professional training for law enforcement personnel;taking the opportunity of constantly improving water tariff and water use management as an opportunity,open water prices,increased government investment and multi-channel financing to provide financial support for drinking water safety management.In the face of different groups to carry out targeted publicity methods and methods of water resources protection,so that more people understand the importance of water resources protection and how to protect drinking water;The government has adopted a joint system to strengthen the protection of water resources in areas where functions and powers intersect,and has taken a number of measures to tackle the problems of drinking water security in rural areas of Chengbei District Xining,we will continue to raise the level of safe drinking water management in rural areas of Chengbei District,Xining,to ensure the safe drinking water supply for Chengbei District residents in Xining. |
