This experiment using wood vinegar which source charcoal processing by-product by apple wood for research,it determined main components and content by GC-MS and design a planting test,determine the effects of the growth and quality between different concentrations wood vinegar,urea and NPK,to explore the promoting effect of apple wood vinegar on the growth of Chinese leek.,the results are as follows:(1)Composition analysis of apple wood vinegar,measured by GC-MS,apple wood vinegar contains 55 components,of which the highest relative content is acetic acid16.92%,which is the same as most wood vinegar,and the rest are syringol,cresol,phenol,Propionic acid,etc.,the relative contents were 9.08%,7.14%,6.45%,and 6.03%,respectively.After statistical analysis,the phenolic substances in apple wood vinegar are higher than those of similar samples,and the acid substances are lower than those of similar samples.(2)The research on the effect of apple wood vinegar on the growth of leeks shows that apple wood vinegar has a promoting effect on the growth of leeks.The specific performance is that low concentration promotes growth and high concentration inhibits growth.According to different evaluation criteria,the optimum concentration varies.When apple wood vinegar was diluted 350 times,it had the strongest effect on the pseudostem width,the number of single capsules,and the thousand-seed weight;when diluted 400 times,it had the strongest effect on the plant height,leaf length,leaf width,and tiller number of leeks.When diluted 450 times,it has the strongest promoting effect on the sprout rate and sprout length of leeks;when it is diluted 500 times,it has the strongest promoting effect on the pseudostem length of leeks.Compared with common commercially available chemical fertilizers urea and NPK compound fertilizers,apple wood vinegar has a stronger effect on leeks.On the basis of using commercially available chemical fertilizers,apple wood vinegar can still play a better role compare with single application.(3)The research of apple wood vinegar on the morphology and nutritional components of leeks shows that apple wood vinegar has a promoting effect on the biomass of leeks,which is shown as the law of promoting growth under low concentration and inhibiting growth under high concentration.There is a certain concentration gradient reaching the maximum promoting effect,when diluted 400 times,the biomass of the aerial part reaches the maximum,the fresh weight is 3.04g/tree,and the dry weight is 0.93g/tree;when it is diluted 350 times,the biomass of the underground part reaches the maximum,and the fresh weight is 2.48g/tree,the dry weight is 1.51g/tree.With the improvement of the promoting effect of wood vinegar on leeks,the root-shoot ratio of leeks showed a downward trend,and the root-shoot ratio reached the minimum value of 1.52 when diluted400 times.Apple wood vinegar has a promoting effect on the nutrient content of leeks,showing a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of concentration,and it has an optimal concentration.When diluted 450 times,the Vc content reaches a peak value of 0.80mg/g;diluted 400 times The soluble sugar content reached a peak value of 3.02%,the soluble acid content reached a peak value of 0.79%,and the chlorophyll content reached a peak value of 1.20 mg/g.When diluted 350 times,the soluble protein content reached a peak value of 2.00%.Apple wood vinegar has a promoting effect on the activity of enzymes in chives,showing a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of concentration.It has the highest concentration of enzyme activity,and the SOD activity reaches the highest when it is diluted 400 times,point 286.6±3.65 U/ml,POD activity reached the highest point of 44.0±2.24 μmol/gFW when it is diluted 400 times.CAT activity reached the highest point of 0.10±0.01 gFW·min when it is diluted 350 times,APX activity reached the highest point of 1.78±0.08 gFW·min when it is diluted 350 times.(4)Compared the apple wood vinegar with urea and NPK compound fertilizer.The three kinds of chemical fertilizers have different effects on the promoting ability of leeks.For the fresh weight of the aerial parts,dry weight of the aerial parts,root-shoot ratio,chlorophyll content,and APX activity,apple wood vinegar has the strongest effect.For indicators such as leek Vc,soluble sugar,soluble protein,POD activity,SOD activity,apple wood vinegar is in the middle position among the three fertilizers,and the difference between the treatment methods are relatively small.For the fresh weight of the underground part,dry weight of the underground part,soluble acid content,CAT activity and other indicators of leeks,the promoting effect of apple wood vinegar is not as good as urea and NPK compound fertilizer,and the increment is lower than that of the blank control.Combining apple wood vinegar with urea and NPK compound fertilizer can play a better role than use alone.
