| Hemp(Cannabis sativa L),Moraceae,cannabis genus,annual erect herb.Cannabinoids are a kind of phenols peculiar to cannabis plants,which are synthesized by the glands of female hemp flowers and leaves and have important medicinal value.Industrial hemp is a class of hemp with a tetrahydrocannabinol content of less than 0.3%,which is commonly used in the fiber textile industry.In recent years,with the discovery of important medical effects of cannabinol and other cannabinoids,the medical cultivation mode of industrial hemp began to develop in China,but due to the late start,there is a serious lack of scientific cultivation technology of industrial marijuana.Wood vinegar is an organic liquid obtained in the process of natural biomass pyrolysis and carbonization,which has the function of plant growth regulation,and has been widely used in agricultural production,but the application of wood vinegar to industrial hemp production has not been reported.Taking Zhong Han hemp No.1 as the experimental object,this paper studied the effects of seed soaking and root application of wood vinegar on industrial hemp,and explored the dosage and usage of wood vinegar in the cultivation technology of industrial hemp,so as to provide technical support for scientific cultivation and large-scale production of industrial hemp.In this paper,the experimental results show that:Soaking seeds with wood vinegar can promote the germination of industrial hemp seeds and promote the growth of buds and rhizomes at seedling stage.When the concentration of seed soaking wood vinegar was 1.0%,it had a significant promoting effect on hemp bud length and seedling rhizome growth,which increased by 26.2%,11.8% and 11.9% respectively compared with the control.When the concentration of seed soaking wood vinegar was 2.0%,the germination number of industrial hemp seeds was the most and the germination rate was the highest,and the germination rate was 16.2% higher than that of the control group.However,the growth of bud length and seedling rhizome were inhibited,and the inhibition rates respectively were 50.7%,17.1% and 17.4%.Root application 0.5%-1.5% wood vinegar can promote the growth of the above and underground parts of industrial hemp,and the promotion effect is best when the concentration of wood vinegar is 1.0%.Adding 1.0%-1.5% concentration of wood vinegar can increase the content of N,P,K and chlorophyll in industrial hemp leaves,.Compared with the control,the N content of leaves in the M1.0% group increased by 10.6% to 12.6%,and the P content increased by 3.43% to7.50%.The K content increased by 8.33% and 13.0%,and the chlorophyll content increased by15.2% and 17.3%.Root application of low concentration(0.1%-1.0%)wood vinegar could increase the probability of monoecious individuals;higher concentration(1.0%-1.5%)root application of wood vinegar could significantly increase the number of female plants of hemp and increase the female-to-male ratio.When the root application concentration of wood vinegar was1.5%,the female-to-male ratio reached 1.06:1.There was significant difference between the test group and the control group(0.91:1).Root application of 0.5%-1.5% wood vinegar can increase the final yield and proportion of dry matter of flowers and leaves.When the concentration of root application of wood vinegar is1.0%,the yield of dry matter of flowers and leaves is the highest,which is 16.5% higher than that of the control group.When the concentration of root application of wood vinegar is 1.5%,the proportion of dry weight of flowers and leaves is the largest.Root application of wood vinegar could reduce the content of THC in flowers and leaves,and the effect was more significant with the increase of root application concentration.Compared with the control group,the content of THC and CBN in M2.0% group decreased by 16.8% and reached the maximum at 1.0%concentration of wood vinegar,respectively,which increased by 13.4% and 7.19% respectively compared with the control group.Through the analysis of the results of this experiment,the rational application of wood vinegar as a green growth promoter plays a significant role in promoting the growth and development of industrial hemp,increasing the female-to-male ratio and mosaic yield of industrial hemp,increasing the CBD and CBN content of cannabis,and reducing the content of THC. |
