Effect Of Yiqijianpifang On Gastric Precancerous Lesions Of Spleen Deficiency Model Of Rats’ Gastric Somatostatin

Objective:Observe the effect of yiqijianpifang on the rats’Somatostatin (SS) of spleen deficiency with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC), and discusse the treatment mechanism of yiqijianpifang on PLGC spleen deficiency syndrome.Method:used42Wistar male rats, randomly divided into8groups:the model group of34rats were freely drinked N-methyl-N-nitro guanidine (MNNG)and took haoqixiexiafa method and jibaoshichangfa method to make the model, then randomly took2model groop rats’stomach tissue,and observed it, confirmed that the model were successful.Then divided rats randomly into model group, large dose of yiqijianpifang group, small dose of yiqijianpifang group, middle dose of yiqijianpifang group,each of the group with8rats. During the treatment, the normal and model group were given0.85%sodium chloride solution and the treatment group were given yiqijianpifang4weeks. Then killed rats and used radioimmunoassay measure determined the level of rats’stomach tissue’s SS.Results:The PLGC spleen deficiency rats’SS level were lower than normal group,the difference was significant (P<0.01); The rats with the treatment of yiqijianpifang, whatever large dose group, or small group or middle dose group the level of stomach tissue’s SS was significantly increased (P<0.01, P<0.05),the middle dose group performanced best effect.So we can concerned that yiqijianpifang can improve the level of stomach tissue’s SS of PLGC spleen deficiency rats, this might be the one of the mechanism that yiqijianpifang treat the PLGC spleen deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:Use the free drink MNNG method and haoqixiexiafa mothod and jibaoshichangfa method to make the PLGC spleen deficiency model was successful;the PLGC spleen deficiency rats’gastric tissue’s SS level were significantly lower(P<0.05),it may be the one of the cause of the PLGC;this experiment has proven that the yiqijianpifang can improve the PLGC spleen deficiency rats’gastric tissue’s SS level and play a role in the treatment,after the treatment, the rats’decreased weight and the clinical symptoms were restored to near normal;the large dose of yiqijianpifang,the middle dose of yiqijianpifang, the small dose of yiqijianpifang have therapeutic effect on the model of spleen deficiency rats,and the middle dose of yiqijianpifang performanced best effect.
