| ObjectiveXi in this study puts forward "Healthy China" big background,through the investigation of domestic medical colleges and universities the status quo of nursing professional humanities courses,analyses the existing main problems,clarify needed to improve nursing students humane quality knowledge structure and course content,discuss the direction of the integration and optimization and build concrete content,for future nursing professional humanities course teaching material compilation as well as the specific course content design provides reference.Methods1.In this study,by consulting literature and website materials,we can understand the current situation and development trend of humanities courses in nursing at home and abroad,clarify the contents needed to improve the humanistic quality of nursing students and the basic direction of the integration and optimization of humanities courses in nursing.2.Convenience sampling was used to select 50 medical colleges in different provinces and cities in China to conduct a questionnaire survey on the status of humanistic courses in nursing,so as to understand the current status of humanistic courses in nursing in China and analyze the main problems.3.On the basis of previous research,the research group preliminarilyformed the expert letter consultation questionnaire through literature research and semi-structured interview,and conducted 2 rounds of expert letter consultation on 23 experts.Excel and SPSS 20.0 were used for data analysis,and yaahp10.1 was used to calculate the weight of each indicator.Initially formed with the nursing professional knowledge,professional ability and comprehensive quality of the curriculum content.Results1.A total of 50 questionnaires were issued for the research on the current situation of humanistic courses in nursing in China,48 of which were effective,with a recovery rate of 96.00%.Among the 48 medical colleges and universities,28 of them independently set up nursing humanities teaching departments,accounting for 58.33%.Among the 520 teachers surveyed,115 are senior students,accounting for 22.11%.Among the six core courses,three are nursing psychology,nursing ethics and nursing management.The average academic class hours of the 48 medical colleges were less than 35,and the average practical class hours were less than 15.Some medical colleges have added other humanities courses on the basis of the six core courses.Only a few of the48 medical schools offer national,provincial or university-level courses.2.The recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 95.7% and100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.87 and 0.88,and the expert opinion coordination coefficient was 0.327 and 0.336,respectively.The Kendall W test was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The integrated and optimized curriculum includes 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators.The mean value of each index was 3.55~4.91,all higher than3.50.The standard deviation was 0.294~0.800,all less than 1.0.The coefficient of variation was 0.060~0.225,all of which were less than 0.30.Yaahp10.1 of weight reuse of each indicator was calculated.The CR values of the consistency ratio of each indicator were 0.0517,0~0.0275,and 0~0.0520,respectively.The consistency ratio(CR)of judgment matrix is less than 0.1,the consistency test is met,and the judgment matrix is constructed reasonably.Conclusions1.The current situation of humanistic courses in nursing is not reasonable in China,which is characterized by academic tendency.It is suggested to clarify the training objectives,integrate the teaching contents,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,improve the teaching and assessment methods,and improve and develop the training of higher nursing talents in China.2.The research results of the expert letter consultation of this subject are of good scientific nature,and the integrated and optimized course content is of good practicability.The contents of the course not only meet the requirements of nursing teaching objectives,strengthen the combination of knowledge,ability and quality,but also provide a reference for nursing students to form a correct view of humanistic care. |
