Clinical Observation And Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4 With The Method Of Invigorating Qi And Activating Serum Drainage

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of qi-activating serum drainage in the treatment of chronic kidney disease at stage 3-4,so as to provide strong data support and theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with qi-activating serum drainage,and to explore a new method of improving the prognosis of chronic kidney disease by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:According to the design requirements of the clinical trial,a total of 76 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group consisted of 38 patients,who were treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group consisted of 38 patients.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate and curative effect of blood uric acid and the 24h urine protein quantitative indicators and hemoglobin,serum albumin,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase safety indexes such as change,and observe the traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,disease,the change of the total curative effect,through the statistical analysis of the efficacy and safety.Results:1 After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 77.77%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 52.5%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the control group of TCM symptoms total points from the previous no significant decline,and the treatment group decreased significantly,comparing the two groups have statistically significant difference(P<0.01)and syndromes curative effect and test group total effectiveness 63.89%,control group total effective rate 36.11%,two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect is statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group therapy effect is better than the control group.3.After treatment,Scr,BUN,eGFR,UA,HGBand 24hUTP of renal function were improved in the treatment group,while Scr,eGFR and 24hUTP of the control group were not significantly improved,while BUN,UA,HGB were somewhat improved.The treatment group improved eGFR and 24hUTP(P<0.01)and Scr and UA(P<0.05)more effectively than the control group.4.Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in ALB,ALT,AST and other safety indicators(P>0.05)Conclusion:The treatment of chronic kidney disease with qi-activating serum drainage in stage 3-4 can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,protect renal function,and delay the progress of kidney disease.
