| Objective: Identifing the constitution of children with asthma from the perspective of TCM and Korean Sixiang medicine,studing the susceptibility of children with asthma,and exploring the correlation between the constitution of TCM and the constitution of Korean Sixiang medicine in children with asthma.Promoting the clinical application of "Adjusting measures according to constitution" under the guidance of the theory of "prevention before disease",which provides reference for the prevention and early clinical intervention of childhood asthma.Methods:From August 2019 to December 2020,selecting 200 asthmatic children from the pediatric out patient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All patients met the diagnostic criteria of chinese and western medicine and were qualified by the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Issuing 200 copies of the TCM constitution recognition scale and the Korean Sixiang medicine constitution recognition scale,which are withdrawn after completed.Judging the constitution of TCM and Korean Sixiang medicine for children who met the inclusion criteria,finally Using SPSS 24.0software to analyze the data,and the correlation between the constitution of TCM and the constitution of Korean Sixiang medicine in asthmatic children was obtained.Results:1.The basic information of 200 questionnaires was statistically analyzed,and get the gender distribution of the 200 children with asthma included in the study is: 134 males and66 females.The ratio of male to female is 2:1.The youngest is 3 years old,the oldest is 14 years old,the average age is 7.16±3.16 years old.2.TCM constitution of children with asthma is dominated by biased constitution,among which inherited special constitution(31.5%),qi-deficiency constitution(18.5%),and phlegm-dampness constitution(18.0%)are the most common.Most of the inherited special constitution had a family history of asthma or a history of allergic rhinitis,dermatitis and eczema,and a few of the children with asthma attacks related to animal hair,dander,smoke and special odors.Taiyin people(49.0%)are predominant in Sixiang constitution,considering that it may be related to the large Taiyin people base in the population,followed by Shaoyin people(29.0%),Shaoyang people(20.5%),and the proportion of Taiyang people(1.50%)is small.Conclusion:1.The results of this study show that the constitutional distribution of children with asthma has a certain regularity.According to the proportion of each type of constitution,the sequence of constitution of TCM is in order of inherited special constitution>qi deficiency constitution>phlegm-dampness constitution>yang-deficiency constitution>yin-deficiency constitution>dampness-heat constitution>qi stagnation constitution>blood stasis constitution,phlegm-dampness is significantly correlated with body mass index overweight or obesity.The Sixiang constitution is sorted by the proportion of each type of constituion is in the order of Taiyin people>Shaoyin people>Shaoyang people>Taiyang people,Taiyin people is significantly correlated with body mass index overweight orobesity.2.From the theoretical research and the corresponding analysis of constitution,it can be concluded that in the aspects of constitution characteristics,personality characteristics,psychological quality,susceptible diseases,treatment drugs and so on,there is a close relationship between the "phlegm-dampness constitution","inherited special constitution" and "blood stasis constitution" of the TCM constitution and the "Taiyin people" of the Sixiang constitution in asthmatic children;A close relationship between the "yang-deficiency constitution" and "qi-deficiency constitution" of the TCM constitution and the "Shaoyin people" of the Sixiang constitution;A close relationship between the "Yin-deficiency constitution","dampness-heat constitution" of the TCM constitution and the "Shao-yang people" of the Sixiang constitution. |
