Clearing Heat And Promoting Blood Circulation And Removing Dampness In The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia Clinical Observation Of Phlegm And Blood Stasisi

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation and removing.dampness on the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and to explore the synergistic effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:30 patients with phlegm and blood stasis type hyperlipidemia were treated with Chinese medicine decoction for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The changes of blood lipid,body mass index and the related symptoms and signs of patients were observed before and after treatment.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis and evaluation of curative effect.Result:1.The curative effect is:compared with the changes of blood lipid before treatment after treatment,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),no significant difference between the high density lipoprotein(p>0.05).2.TCM syndrome improvement:compare the main symptoms of patients before and after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome decreased significantly after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Body mass index change:before and after treatment of body mass index,the value of treatment decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The decoction of clearing away heat,activating blood and promoting diuresis can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms,lower the blood lipid level and lower the body mass index.
