| Objective: Facial neuritis is a common disease in clinical practice.Long-term clinical experience has found that buccal mucosa prick bloodletting combined with acupuncture treatment of facial neuritis has a good clinical effect. In this study, patients with acute facial neuritis were selected as the study subjects, and prednisone acetate tablets and mecobalamin capsules commonly used in clinical practice were used as drug controls to compare the therapeutic efficacy between the two, objectively evaluate the efficacy, safety and existing problems of buccal mucosa prick bloodletting combined with acupuncture in the treatment of facial neuritis, and provide more basis for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods: A total of 60 patients with facial neuritis who met the diagnostic criteria were included in this study. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with prick bloodletting of buccal mucosa, and the control group was treated with oral prednisone acetate tablets and mecobalamin capsules. The treatment group was treated once every other day,7 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment(28 days). The control group was treated for 14 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment(28 days). After the course of treatment, the changes of evaluation grade and score in H-B facial nerve function classification table and TCM symptom efficacy standard table were observed. The data were statistically analyzed by software SPSS25.0 to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: In this trial,60 patients completed the study successfully, with 0dropout and 0 withdrawal. The comparison of age, gender, disease location and disease course between the two groups showed that the baseline was consistent and comparable. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in H-B facial nerve function classification table and TCM symptom efficacy standard table between the two groups(P >0.05),with comparability, and the general data distribution was balanced, ensuring the scientificity of this topic of research.(1)Comparison of H-B facial nerve function classification table between the two groups: the neurological function classification after treatment in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment, and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that the two regimens could improve facial nerve function;the facial nerve function classification after treatment in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined with buccal mucosa prick bloodletting treatment of facial neuritis in the control drug group.(2)Comparison of TCM symptom efficacy scores between the two groups: the scores of the two groups after treatment in the group were lower than those before treatment, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the two regimens were effective;the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had a better effect in improving facial symptoms;the difference between the treatment group at the end of treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment in the group had no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating that the short-term efficacy of acupuncture combined with buccal mucosa prick bloodletting group was more stable.(3)The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.00% and 80.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with buccal mucosa prick bloodletting was better in the control group. Conclusion: Both the treatment group(buccal mucosa prick bloodletting combined with acupuncture treatment)and the control group(oral prednisone acetate tablets and mecobalamin capsules)have therapeutic effects in the treatment of patients with facial neuritis, both of which can promote the recovery of facial nerve function and facial muscle function, and it is found that the treatment group has more advantages and stable short-term efficacy.Buccal mucosa prick bloodletting combined with acupuncture treatment is a invasive therapy, but as long as the operation is strict,it is still safe and effective in the treatment of facial neuritis. |
