Clinical Study On Acupuncture Intervention For Anal Distention(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) Caused By Rectocele

Objective: under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,to discuss and evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on anal distention caused by rectocele,in order to find a new method for the treatment of this difficult disease and improve the therapeutic effect of this disease.Methods: from January 2018 to July 2019,70 patients with the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis were selected in this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(35 cases)was given maizhiling tablet orally,and the treatment group(35 cases)was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.Before treatment and on the 5th,10 th and 15 th day of treatment,the time,degree and total score of anal distension in the two groups were compared.After treatment,the patients were followed up for 3 months.The time,degree,total score and recurrence of anal distension before and after treatment were compared comprehensively by using medical statistics technology,and the Hamilton coke was used for auxiliary evaluation Consider scale score.Results: through the observation of the clinical effect and the analysis of the data before and after treatment,the results showed that in the aspects of alleviating the duration and degree of anal distension,reducing the total score of anal distension,reducing the recurrence rate,and reducing the score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale,the effect of the combination of oral maizhiling tablet and acupuncture intervention was better than that of the single oral maizhiling tablet There was significant difference(P < 0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 94.28% and 60%,respectively.Conclusion:1.Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture intervention can significantly improve the therapeutic effect on anal distention of qi stagnation and blood stasis type caused by rectocele.2.Acupuncture can effectively alleviate the degree of anal distention and shorten the duration of anal distention.3.Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and acupoint selection,acupuncture intervention can significantly reduce the recurrence rate,and the score of Hamilton anxiety scale is significantly reduced after treatment.
