| Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Zhenwu Decoction and its addition and subtraction on chronic heart failure.Methods:All the references about the clinic treatment of Zhenwu Dcecoction and its additionand subtraction on the chronic heart failure were comprehensively searched andscanned in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP,Wangfang,Pub Med,Cochrane Library,EMbase databases up to Feb.2020.Then,the references consistent with the standardwere selected.The target references were finally carried on the quality appraisalusing the modified Cochrane scale,and the results were further analyzed with the Metaanalysies in the Rev Man 5.4.1 software to evaluate the curative effect of Zhenwu Dcecoction.Results:A total of 19 studies were referred in the present work,and 1732 CHF patients with RCTwere included.Bsed on the final statistical results,the Meta-analysis was performed,and following conclusions were given:(1)Total clinical effective rate: combined effect size RR= 1.27,95%CI=[1.20,1.34],Z test results: Z=8.69,P<0.00001.(2)TCM syndrome score: combined effect size MD=-5.13,95%CI=[-7.73,-2.94],Z test results: Z=4.59,P<0.00001.(3)LVEDD: combined effect size MD=-3.81,95%CI= [-6.21,-1.41],Z test results: Z=3.11,P=0.002.(4)LVESD: combined effect size MD=-6.40,95%CI= [-7.73,-5.06],Z test results: Z=9.38,P<0.00001.(5)LVEF: combined effect size MD= 6.08,95%CI = [4.82,7.33],Z test results: Z=9.48,P < 0.00001.(6)BNP or NT-proBNP: combined effect size MD=-267.24,95%CI=[-413.86,-120.61],Z test results: Z=3.57,P=0.0004.(7)6-minute walking test: combined effect size MD= 47.10,95%CI=[19.23,74.96],Z test results: Z=3.31,P=0.0009.Conclusion: Zhenwu decoction and its addition and subtraction combined with conventional western medicine are superior to conventional western medicine alone in increasing the total clinical effective rate,improving the TCM syndrome score,LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF,reducing BNP or NT-proBNP,improving the 6-minute walk test and other aspects. |
