By using the method of coronary artery ligation combined with exhaustion swimming, copied heart failure rat model of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome(heart); 2. Zhenwu Decoction can improve heart failure rat heart EF and FS value, reduce the serum BNP level, improve heart function; 3. Zhenwu Decoction can significantly reduce heart failure rats serum MMP- 9, improve the level of TIMP- 1; That Zhenwu Decoction could inhibit the degradation of extracellular matrix(ECM), reverse the ventricular remodeling; 4. Zhenwu Decoction can significantly reduce heart failure rats serum s ST2, level of IL33 show Zhenwu Decoction by IL- 33 / ST2 L signal pathway, improve ventricular remodeling, and treatment of heart failure in rats. 5. Zhenwu Decoction can significantly reduce heart failure rat myocardial tissue Ang Ⅱ, ALD and the expression of AT1 protein, illustrate the potential through regulating Ang Zhenwu Decoction Ⅱ, ALD and protein expression of AT1, restrain the activation of RAAS system, thereby reversing ventricular remodeling, improve heart function.
