The Value Of Serum MMP-9,TIMP-1 And VEGF Levels In The Diagnosis Of In-stent Restenosis Of Coronary Arteries | | Posted on:2022-07-23 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Rong | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2504306545969139 | Subject:Clinical Laboratory Science | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective: To study the predictive value of serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1(TIMP-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)for in stent restenosis of coronary artery.Methods:From October 2018 to August 2020,84 patients who underwent coronary stent implantation in our cardiovascular department within one year and now underwent coronary angiography again were selected as the experimental group.There were 66 males and 18 females with an average age of 64.22 years ± 98 years old.According to the results of coronary angiography,the patients were divided into restenosis group(ISR group,34 cases)and non restenosis group(no-isr group,50 cases).The non restenosis group was divided into other coronary artery stenosis group(41 cases)and other coronary artery non stenosis group(9 cases).The control group was 20 healthy people.The expression of three substances in different groups were compared.Results: 1.The WBC level of ISR group was 7.65 * 10 ^ 9 / L(6.58,8.52),which was significantly higher than that of no-isr group 6.54 * 10 ^ 9 / L(5.49,7.77).There was a significant difference between ISR group and no-isr group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between other test indexes(P > 0.05),but the levels of creatinine(CR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were higher than those of no-isr group.2.The expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the experimental group and the control group were different,and both were statistically significant(p<0.01).VEGF in the experimental group(75.56±40.98)pg/mlwas higher than that in the control group(64.92±31.54)pg/ml.3.The expressions of MMP-9,TIMP-1 and VEGF in ISR group and no-isr group were significantly different(P < 0.01).4.The expression of VEGF in non restenosis other coronary artery stenosis group and non restenosis other coronary artery stenosis group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no difference in MMP-9 and TIMP-1.5.Spearman’s correlation analysis showed that in no-isr group,serum MMP-9 was positively correlated with TIMP-1 and VEGF(Table 5),and the correlation coefficients were 0.719(P < 0.01)and 0.477(P < 0.01).TIMP-1 was positively correlated with VEGF(Table 5),and the correlation coefficient was 0.367(P < 0.01).Spearman’s correlation analysis showed that in ISR group,serum MMP-9 was positively correlated with TIMP-1 and VEGF(Table 6),and the correlation coefficients were 0.745(P < 0.01)and 0.642(P < 0.01),respectively.TIMP-1 was positively correlated with VEGF(Table 6),and the correlation coefficient was 0.708(P < 0.01).6.Compared with no-isr group,the area under ROC curve of MMP-9,TIMP-1 and VEGF in ISR group was 0.688,0.681 and0.799,respectively.The area under ROC curve of MMP-9 combined with TIMP-1 was 0.687,and that of MMP-9 combined with VEGF was 0.795.Conclusion: The increased expression of MMP-9,TIMP-1 and VEGF is closely related to ISR.Combined detection can improve the sensitivity and specificity,which has a certain clinical predictive value for ISR. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | MMP-9, TIMP-1, VEGF, ISR | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
