【Objectives】Polycystic ovarian syndrome is the most common and complex reproductive endocrine disease in women of childbearing age.It affects5-10% of women of childbearing age worldwide, and its incidence is increasing year by year.Preliminary studies have found that there is a small diet and lack of exercise.Disorders of work and rest, emotional stress, etc.are risk factors for polycystic ovary syndrome.Patients lack knowledge and prevention of this disease. This study is based on the theory of "preventing the disease before the disease, preventing the change of the existing disease",designing an individualized health management plan for PCOS patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type, and assessing their health through the analysis of syndr omes and related indicators at different time nodes before and after management The curative effect of the management plan is preliminary explored with a definite curative effect.【Method】Select the gynecological outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, different community hospitals and university campuses as the main collection sites to screen 118 PCOS patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type that meet the criteria for intake and discharge, and randomly divide them into a health management group and a control group, and establish files Including general information, anthropometric data, menstruation,TCM syndromes, etc.Patients in the health management group were given health interventions in terms of diet, sleep, exercise, and mood, and the control group was given health education.Visits are conducted through multiple platforms such as outpatient clinics, voice calls,We Chat questionnaires, etc.,and health management is performed for 6 months.Use EXCEL statistical data,SPSS23.0 and other related software to analyze the waist circumference, hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio, weight, body mass index,TCM syndromes and reproductive endocrine hormones of the subjects before and after health management to judge the efficacy of health management.【Result】(1)General information: A total of 118 study subjects were included in this experiment, and 9 cases were dropped during the health management process, including 4 cases in the health management group,5 cases in the control group, and 109 cases completed. The pre-management data of the two groups were compared(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.(2)Anthropometric indicators: There were significant differences in body weight,BMI,WC,and HC between the two groups of study subjects for1,2,3,4,5,and 6 months of health management(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in WHR(P>0.05).The comparative weight,WC,HC,WHR,and BMI in the health management group after 3 months of management gradually decreased with the increase of management time;the weight,WC,BMI,and WHR of the control group gradually decreased with the increase of management time, and there was no significant difference between HC(P>0.05).(3)Menstruation and TCM syndrome scores: There were significant differences in the menstrual cycle scores, main symptoms, secondary symptoms, and TCM syndrome total scores between the two groups of health management for 2,3,4,5,and 6 months(P<0.05).Menstrual volume, menstrual cycle, primary symptom score, secondary symptom score, and total score of TCM syndromes were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Health management for 3 months, the menstrual cycle, menstrual volume, primary symptom score, secondary symptom score, and total score gradually decreased in the health management group with the increase of management time. The difference in the control group was not significant(P>0.05).(4)Reproductive endocrine indicators: the two groups of subjects under health management for 3 months have significant differences in thyroid-stimulating hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone, fasting insulin,2-hour insulin, and insulin resistance index(P<0.05),luteinizing hormone,LH /FSH,testosterone,and fasting blood glucose were not significantly different(P>0.05).There were significant differences in FSH,TSH,LH,INS,2h INS,and IR between the two groups of health management in June(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between LH/FSH,T,and FPG(P>0.05).In the 3-month health management group,TSH,FSH,INS,2h INS,IR,LH,LH/FSH,and T decreased gradually with the increase of management time, and there was no significant difference in the FPG group(P>0.05);the control group reproductive endocrine There was no significant difference within the index group(P>0.05).【Conclusion】(1)This study preliminarily concluded that 3-month health management intervention can significantly reduce the weight,BMI,WC,and HC of PCOS patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type, and can promote the development of good living habits in patients, but whether it can improve WHR still needs Explore further.(2)This study preliminarily shows that three-month health management intervention can significantly improve the menstrual cycle and TCM syndromes of PCOS patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type;whether there is a significant improvement in the menstrual volume of PCOS patients requires further research;(3)This study preliminarily shows that 3 months of health management can significantly reduce the FSH,TSH,FINS,2h INS and IR values of PCOS patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness,and can correct their endocrine disorders to a certain extent;for LH,LH/ Whether FSH,T,and FPG have significantly improved, still needs further exploration.
