| For those who consider the competition performance significant,the stability of Poise and Hold is a crucial marking standard.This analysis which is based on the shape of man’s right shoulder uses the method of documentation along with the expert interview method summarize the main factors which have the significant influence on the Poise and Hold after using questionnaire survey method to investigate the main problem of maintaining the stability of Poise and Hold for male standard dancer.According to the research above,further discuss about the training pattern commences and achieve some delightful thoughts about methods of training and practice,which is meaningful for both coach and standard sports dancers who are eager to further their knowledge.The main conclusion was shown below:1.The questionnaire survey results show that over 90% of the male standard dancers have inadequate performance in keeping the stability of Poise and Hold,especially in maintaining the correct shape of right shoulder.2.75% of the male standard dancers have shown their special attention to the stability of Poise and Hold.3.The current situation of training pattern of Poise’s stability is not optimistic,which should include the technique training based on the technological routine,the EMS and the multiple rehearsal of competition choreography in a long term.4.The main factor of influence is the lack of knowledge of technique.The fundamental principles technique such as swing,sway,contra body movement and floorcraft is the main factor of influence to stability of Poise and Hold.As the technique develops all the time both coach and dancers should pass the knowledge in a clear and concise way.5.Partnership is the second factor of influence to stability of Poise and Hold,which contains the time length of partnering and the matching of dancers’ technique and body condition.6.Muscular training could improve the performance of Poise’s stability notably which means young athletes should never let their rehearsal of competition routines stops or pauses in the process of competition preparation.Standard dancers’ correct Poise and Hold should be describe that the frame of shoulder and arm should stay counterbalanced during the movement,which means the pelvic is horizontal during body weight lowers due to the gravity and the legs swing due to the momentum.7.Efficient training pattern of Poise’s stability should include the technique training based on the technological routine,the EMS and the multiple rehearsal of competition choreography in a long term.8.The competition experience is the fifth factor of influence to stability of Poise and Hold,which contains the years of learn and competition,the last but not least,the level of the sports dancers.9.11 factors including the choreography,drive action,amount of turn,movements of body centre,foot position,foot work,vertical of head,timing,strength of hip and leg and the learning efficiency do not show remarkable influence to the stability of Poise and Hold.10.It is proved by experiment that the training methods including practicing routines aiming at technique and muscular practice have the significant influence on the improvement of stability of Poise and Hold. |
