| The "Zheshi" motif is a literary motif with strong national characteristics and rich cultural connotation.It has a long history and rich cultural heritage.The 17-19th century was a period of mass production of Chinese and Korean realistic novels,and it was also a period of maturity of the motif of "Zheshi".Many Chinese and Korean writers combined the two to produce a large number of excellent works.This article will study the motif of "Zheshi" in the realistic novels in this period,and use a parallel research method,literature analysis method,cultural research method and other research methods to conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis,and explore the "Zheshi" motif The rich cultural connotation behind it,and the common features of the "Zheshi" motif of Chinese and Korean works.First of all,this article traces the origin of China and South Korea’s"Zheshi" motifs,and elaborates on the similar origins of the motifs of the two countries from the aspects of ancient witch culture and ancient myths.Then,this article selects 20 novels related to the motif of "Zheshi"from the works of 17-17th-century world novels.According to the text,this period divides the Chinese and South Korean "Zheshi" motif novels into Three major classes:descendant class,heavenly descendant class,reincarnation and rebirth class.The descendant class includes the Sifan enlightened class and the crime of renunciation and atonement;the heavenly descendant class includes the starred salvation class and the immortal awakening class;the reincarnation and rebirth class includes the endowment grievance class and the eternal marriage class.Then,this article analyzes the commonality of the cultural connotation of the motif of the "Zheshi" in Chinese and Korean realistic novels from the aspects of religious culture and social cultural psychology.From the perspective of religion and culture,the motif of the"eternal life" of the two countries reflects the secular tendencies of Taoism,the thought of Buddhism,and the folk beliefs such as the beliefs of gods and ancestors.From the perspective of social culture,the motif of "Zheshi" in the realistic novels of the two countries reflects the continuation of the worship of totems,the insistence on the sense of hierarchy,and the inheritance of Huayi thought.Finally,this article explores the common literary functions of the"Zheshi" motif in the works of the two countries.The first is to open a pre-narration mode with an extraordinary identity,using a large number of prophecies and dream foreshadowing to describe the story frame,and increase the magical color of the novel.Secondly,the supernatural ability spans time and space,linking the fairy world and the real world,showing the protagonist’s real life journey.In short,the "Zhishi" motif is one of the most distinctive motifs in the novels of Chinese and South Korean sentiments.The richness of its connotation and the profoundness of its meaning are worthy of our further exploration. |
