Research On Somaesthetics Education From The Perspective Of Aesthetic

The article unfolds research on body-related issues from an aesthetic perspective.Under the influence of consumerism,a large number of body ecological imbalance phenomena,such as mental collapse and physical diseases,have emerged.A critical study of the body theory is far from enough to solve the dilemma of how the body adapts to the current social reality.On the status quo of body and a reflection of aesthetic criticism,analysis of the lack of physical function and physical space-time disorder,somaesthetics education as foothold,explore the body aesthetic reconstruction and reflection on the "body",explore the "normative" dimension of "body",in accordance with the "law of beauty" improve the existence of the body,on the basis of critical analysis concept of "body" can make up for the shortage.The first chapter,in the introduction,analyzes the current situation of research on "body" at home and abroad from the perspectives of "body" and "somaesthetics education",sorts out the deficiencies of existing research on "subject" from the perspective of "body",and puts forward the necessity of research on " somaesthetics education" from the perspective of aesthetics.The second chapter,with the two key words "body" and " somaesthetics education" as the clue,discusses the possibility of somaesthetics education.by comparing the somaesthetics education and aesthetic education,and also investigates the rationality and development path of somaesthetics education.The third and fourth chapters,from the perspective of aesthetics,explore various metaphors of the body in modern and contemporary society from the two dimensions of art and disease,and expound the chaos of the space-time of the body through the analysis of the special physical experience of art and disease.From the perspective of "desirability" and "technicalization",this paper analyzes the phenomenon that the body is influenced by science and technology in the society of desire,which leads to its lack of function.The fifth chapter points out the embarrassment of returning to the aesthetic body in the current reality through the analysis of the above four levels,puts forward the urgent need for building a complete body with a harmonious body and tries to establish a body consensus of "unity of body and mind and balance of body and mind".The body is the place of the subject’s aesthetic appreciation and creative ego.Based on the evolution of the body theory and the body landscape in the context of reality,the aesthetic cultivation of the body integrity is attributed to the somaesthetics education.As a new form of aesthetic education in the theory of somaesthetics,somaesthetics education is not only the simple superposition of "emotional education" and "body education",but also the aesthetic reconstruction that enriches the aesthetic experience of the subject.This aesthetic expression of body affirms the original desire of the body,and pays attention to the dual practice of body and spirit.Through the realization of body self-transformation and self-improvement,the subject realizes the harmony between body and mind,body and life rhythm,and can obtain free transcendence from it.
