| The target of preparatory Mandarin teaching is the ethnic minority freshmen of universities in the remote ethnic areas,and its main purpose is to consolidate Mandarin through one or two years of Mandarin teaching.The Mandarin reading class is an important part of Mandarin language teaching.However,according to previous research,it found that there are still some problems such as the single teaching method and the lack of teaching resources in preparatory Mandarin reading due to underdevelopment of regional education.At the same time,with the publication of The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Language and Writing Business,the Mandarin teaching has further highlighted its importance.The flipped classroom model teaching mode emphasizes that it creates a a proactive learning environment for students though rearranging the time inside and outside the classroom,making full use of high-quality teaching resources,diversifying teaching activities and personalizing learning.With the advancement of education informationization,the flipped classroom teaching mode that originated from the west has good achievement in the reform of education in China through continuous running-in and verification.Based on the information,the study intends to apply the flipped classroom to the preparatory Mandarin reading teaching,in order to improve the teaching effect of preparatory Mandarin reading.The research mainly adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey and experimental method.Firstly,it straightens the theoretical basis and clarifies the research ideas through introduction of existing literature;Secondly,it demonstrates the design principles and related supporting systems of the flipped classroom,and further designs the preparatory Mandarin reading based on flipped classroom teaching model;Thirdly,it verifies the effectiveness of the model by comparing two parallel classes of K University which adopted the model for one-semester.Finally,it analyzes and discusses the experimental results,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)flipped classroom teaching model can effectively improve students’ reading ability;(2)flipped classroom teaching model enhances students’ interest in Mandarin reading;(3)flipped classroom teaching model is conducive to cultivating students’ ability of autonomous learning and cooperative learning. |
