Research On Rural Cultural Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The village develop vigorously strategy is one of the development strategies that China is currently focusing on.According to the "three steps" plan of the national village develop vigorously strategy,the current stage is at the key period of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy."Set up divine principles to make scenery and customs,and apply culture to make it soft and distant".Culture should go first in rural revitalization.Heze City is situated in the southwest of Shandong Province,adjoining Henan,Anhui and Jiangsu Provinces,and has the reputation of "in the world" in ancient times.In 2014,the Heze Municipal Government proposed to build the cultural brand of "one capital and four townships" in Heze,namely,the capital of Chinese peony,the township of opera,the township of calligraphy and painting,the township of martial arts,and the township of folk art.Under the guidance of Marxist cultural view,this study starts with the cultural construction of "one capital and four townships" in Heze City,and conducting a study of rural cultural construction in Heze City.In terms of theory,adopt literature research method,focus on Marxism,Mao Zedong Thought and the cultural construction thought in the socialist theories system with Chinese characteristics,and the research foundation is formed by combining the characteristic cultural background of Heze "one capital and four townships" and its own development conditions.In practice,the important questions of the village cultural development of "one city and four townships" are found through the analysis of the questionnaire data by using the questionnaire survey method:insufficient input from the grass-roots government,insufficient utilization of infrastructure,lack of cultural talents,and insufficient awareness of rural cultural construction by the farmers;The causes for these questions are the slackness of grass-roots units,the hollowness of rural areas,and the weak subjective consciousness of farmers;In view of the main problems in the cultural construction of "one city and four townships",this paper puts forward countermeasures for the village cultural developmen:first,enhance the importance of grass-roots governments to the village cultural development of "one city and four townships";second,focus on building a talent team for rural cultural construction of "one capital and four townships";and third,improve the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the rural cultural construction of "one city and four townships",to provide a reference sample for the research of village cultural development under the background of village develop vigorously.
