Research On The Deep Integration Development Of Xinjiang Tourism Industry And Cultural Industry

Under the new normal of the economy during the "13th five-year plan" period,the tourism industry in Xinjiang Province is facing high level and high quality in the development trend and national policies.As early as the 12 th five-year plan period,tourism has been integrated into the national strategic development system as a "strategic pillar industry".Tourism as the carrier of culture,culture as the connotation of tourism,there is a strong coupling between the two.In order to break through the obstacles and accelerate the development of the tourism and cultural industries in Xinjiang,it is necessary to break down the barriers,realize the integration of industries,transform them into new industries and cultivate new products,which is conducive to the development of the two industries and provides core competitiveness and cultural attraction,as well as a driving force for the economic development of xinjiang.On the basis of fully understanding the concept of industrial convergence,the paper selects the index of the tourism industry and cultural industry respectively from two aspects: industrial elements and industrial performance and uses comprehensive evaluation methods to calculate the development level of Xinjiang’s tourism industry and cultural industries and the problems they are faced with in the system development.Thus,people can get a profound understanding about the present situation of the development of the tourism industry and cultural industry in Xinjiang.The paper also estimates the integration development of the tourism industry and cultural industry through the coupling model of Xinjiang in the 21 st century,then analyzes the correlation between the two industries.The tourism industry and cultural industry in xinjiang are both growing steadily,but both of them lack the ability to transform their endowments into economic benefits.Faced with the shortage of factors,it needs more and higher quality factor input.Fusion of Xinjiang tourism industry and cultural industry has been in its infancy.Although the fusion mechanism between industries is at the preliminary formation,it is not stable,and easily affected by subsystem internal and external factors of interference.The tourism industry needs to play a leading role and strengthen support for cultural industry,so as to deepen the cultural industry’s penetration to the tourism industry.The support of the cultural industry to the tourism industry comes more from its own characteristics,while the tourism industry injects vitality into the development of the cultural industry through the huge flow of people.
