| With the continuous deepening of the promotion of Chinese international education,Chinese as a second language teaching has received more and more attention in the academic field.Malaysia has achieved a more comprehensive development in Chinese teaching by virtue of its geographical advantages and unique demographic advantages.However,in the context of different cultural exchanges and collisions,there are also some problems in Chinese teaching in Malaysia.For any subject,textbooks play a pivotal role in the entire teaching process.Of course,teaching Chinese as a second language is no exception.Currently there are various versions of Chinese textbooks,but the general Chinese textbooks compiled by domestic scholars cannot well meet the needs of Chinese learners in different backgrounds.Therefore,the development trend of localized Chinese teaching materials has become more and more obvious.This paper chooses to sort out and analyze the actual teaching cases generated during the teaching process of Basic Chinese.Based on the cases,the author divides the collected cases into language and pragmatic failures based on relevant theories of pragmatics.There are three types of social pragmatic failure and non-verbal pragmatic failure.Among them,language pragmatic failure is further subdivided into two aspects: vocabulary and grammar.Through the analysis of the case,it is found that the specific problems reflected by the case are rooted in the improper vocabulary selection and the unreasonable cultural content setting in the textbook compilation process.In addition,there are reasons for teachers and learners.On this basis,we have come up with countermeasures to solve the mistakes,the most important of which is to optimize the compilation of localized Chinese textbooks;the second is to use the pragmatic function of Chinese to assist teaching;the third is to use the Chinese-Malaysian language contrast teaching.Through the research of this article,I hope to provide teaching reference for teachers who teach Chinese as a second language in the future,and at the same time enrich the case reserve of Malaysian Chinese teaching materials,and accumulate relevant research materials for future Chinese teaching research. |
