In the new era,socialism with Chinese characteristics is steadily developing.At the 19 th China Communist Party National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed "building a healthy integrated urban and rural development system,mechanisms,and political system".The integrated evolution of urban and rural has played an significant role in establishing new forms of evolution relations between urban and rural and decreasing the occurrence of social contradictions between urban and rural.However,at this point,the evolution of regional public cultural services in our country is delayed in scope and quality,the systems and mechanisms are not perfect,and the overall evolution of the region is serious.I limit myself.Implementation of local and rural revitalization strategies.Therefore,in the new era,it is really very significant to improve the equal evolution of public cultural services in urban and rural places,shorten the difference between urban and rural evolution,and improve comprehensive evolution of urban and rural places.In recent years,the government has actively promulgated various policies to support the evolution of urban and rural public cultural services.Generally speaking,certain results have been achieved.However,there are still problems such as the unbalanced financial investment in urban and rural public cultural services,the incomplete urban-rural coordination mechanism,and the lack of urban-rural composition planning.These problems have greatly restricted the speed of the composition of urban and rural evolution in my country.Therefore,it is necessary to actively resolve the public cultural relationship between urban and rural places.The problem of unbalanced service evolution has improved the integrated evolution of urban and rural places.This thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction to this thesis.Basically,I will explain the basics and meaning of the thesis.According to the study of domestic and foreign scholars,we conclude the nowaday stage and analysis of public cultural services in urban and rural places in the domestic and overseas.Discuss the study ideas and ways used in creating this thesis,likewise discuss the innovations and shortcomings of this thesis.Section 2 sets out issues related to the composition and evolution of urban and rural public cultural services.Firstly,it defines the concepts of the new era,public cultural services and the integrated development of urban and rural areas.Secondly,we will present the content of the evolution of the composition of urban and rural public cultural services and will improve the composition of urban and rural public cultural services in the new era.The importance of evolution.Section 3 explains the theoretical foundations of composition and evolution of urban and rural public cultural services in three main places: the theory of urban-rural relationship with Chinese characteristics,the theory of cultural construction with Chinese characteristics and the theory of shared development with Chinese characteristics.Section 4 describes in detail the nowaday stage of integrated evolution of urban and rural public cultural services,the nowaday evolution shortcomings and the reasons for these shortcomings.Section 5 proposes to address the existing shortcomings in the composition and evolution of urban and rural public culture.This section presents detailed solutions to the three issues raised in the previous section and describes the shortcomings of the evolution.Please provide an equivalent constructive view of evolution.The barn-new idea of this thesis is to shrink the difference between urban and rural places as much as possible and strengthen the composition of urban and rural places.By alliancing social and cultural services with "digitization",this is a manner to integrate social and cultural services with the Internet.Improve the construction of urban and rural infrastructure;create a new mode of network cultural exchange,forwardly improve the composition of public cultural services and modern science and technology,and improve the effective and high-quality evolution of urban and rural cultural services.
