| In recent years, the science and technology develop quickly, and all kinds of research for mixed teaching are also booming.Unfortunately, although the theory of hybrid teaching has developed to a relatively mature stage, there are not many applications of hybrid teaching in international education, and even fewer applications in undergraduate courses,"Chinese Contemporary Literature".In traditional teaching, there are problems such as fewer course hours and more teaching content, single solidification of teaching form, lack of interaction between teachers and students in class, inactive classroom atmosphere, and no cross-cultural communication comparison. It has seriously affected the teaching effect of this course and needs to be studied and solved. This paper mainly used case studies, classroom observation, questionnaires and in-depth interviews.First of all, this paper absorbs and draws on the research results of the previous hybrid teaching, summarized the concepts related to blended learning, explored the teaching status of this course through interviews, clarifies the existing problems, and further analyzes the feasibility of using blended learning in this course. Then this paper made the overall design of the current Chinese contemporary literature course under the blended learning.Using the first lesson of the 30’s novel(i)as a teaching case, designed and implemented it.Then this paper analyzed the implementation effect of the blended learning of this course, summarized the student performance and teacher teaching of this course, and participated in the course blended learning of 124 students conducted a questionnaire survey and using SPSS25 data statistics, while conducting in-depth interviews with some students. Then the analysis summarizes the questionnaire and interview results. The study found that the application of blended learning to Chinese international education undergraduate course "Chinese contemporary literature" can enhance students’ learning effect and interest in learning, which is of great help to curriculum learning, but because freshmen have just separated from the traditional teaching methods of high school, the habit of teacher-led learning, limited ability to learn independently,so,for freshmen, especially in the first semester, students should be given time to gradually adapt, step by step to carry out blended learning. |
