| Modern Chinese single-syllable “pulling” verbs refer to a type of words in which the action is made by the hand organ or the hand organ makes the action with the help of other devices.This article selects “la”,“che”,“zhuai”,“tuo”,and “jiu”.,Five monosyllable verbs as the research object of this article.We use three plane grammar theories as the framework to study monosyllable “pulling” verbs.Chapter one mainly establishes that the research object is modern Chinese monosyllable “pulling” verbs,and defines the research scope as five verbs of “pull”,“la”,“che”,“zhuai”,“tuo”,and “jiu”.First,it explains the purpose and significance of this article and the source of the corpus of this article.According to the current research situation,but there are few special studies on the lower-level classification of hand verbs,monosyllable “pulling” verbs.Finally,I summarized several issues that need to be studied in modern Chinese monosyllable “pulling” verbs.Chapter two mainly analyzes the semantic features of modern Chinese monosyllable “ pulling ” verbs.First,according to the dictionary definition,the semantic features of the five monosyllable “pulling”verbs are described separately,and the semantic feature table is summarized.Through the semantic feature table,the similarities and differences of single-syllable “pulling” verbs are summarized.Chapter three mainly discusses the syntactic distribution and syntactic collocation of modern Chinese monosyllable “pulling” verbs.Modern Chinese monosyllable “pulling” verbs appearing in the predicate position are the most,followed by the “pulling” verbs appearing in the subject,object and attributive positions of the sentence.Syntactically,the objects of collocation are mainly nominal objects,are sult complements and directional complements.It can also be used with the tense auxiliary words “le”,“zhe” and “guo”.Chapter four investigates the frequency and style distribution of monosyllable “pulling” verbs in modern Chinese.The study found that the use frequency of the verb “pull” is much higher than the other four monosyllable “pulling” verbs.“Pulling” verbs show an imbalance in the style distribution,which is caused by the individual characteristics of “pulling”verbs and the pragmatic characteristics of different styles. |
