Lexicalization And Grammaticalization Of Disyllabic Function Words "X Zi"(X 自)and "Zi X"(自 X)

The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the lexicalization and grammaticalization of "X zi" and "zi X",and to explore the evolution law of "X zi" and "zi X",the evolution direction and function of "zi" in "X zi" and "zi X",the commonness and difference of "X zi" and "zi X",and the motivation and mechanism of the formation of "X zi" and "zi X".The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,the introduction part mainly introduces the research purpose and significance of the paper,clarifies the scope of the dual-syllable function words "X zi" and "zi X",collates and comments on the research status of the multifunctional words "zi",double-syllable words "X zi" and "zi X",and finally introduces the research methods and corpus sources used in the paper.The second chapter is the part of speech distribute and semantic evolution of the multifunctional word "zi".Firstly,the part of speech distribute of the multifunctional word "zi" in modern Chinese is analyzed,including pronoun,adverb and preposition.After that,the semantic evolution process of the multifunctional word "zi" is described and analyzed in detail,and the semantic evolution map of the multifunctional word "zi" is drawn.The third chapter and the fourth chapter describe and analyze the lexicalization and grammaticalization process of the single functional words "X zi" and "zi X" respectively.The object of the third chapter is the monofunction words,including the emotional adverb "an zi" "zi fa",time adverb "hu zi" "zi ci",and the preposition "zhi zi" "zi da".This chapter examines in detail the lexicalization of these functional words.The object of the fourth chapter is the multi-functional words,including the multi-function adverb "jin zi" "zi shi" and secondary and multi-function words "you zi" "zi ran".In this chapter,the lexicalization and functional expansion of these multifunctional adverbs,as well as the lexicalization and grammaticalization of parallel and similar multifunctional words are investigated in detail.The fifth chapter is the similarities and differences between the two-tone function words "X zi" and "zi X" evolution and related problems.Mainly includes the evolution direction and function of "zi" in different morpheme positions of double-syllable words,the commonness and difference between "X zi" and "zi X" evolution,the motivation and mechanism of "X zi" and "zi X" lexicalization and grammaticalization.The last chapter has made a summary of the full text,and in this basis,the deficiencies of this paper are pointed out.
