Research On The Development Countmeasures Of Cultural Tourism Of "International Slow City" In Gaochun Yaxi,Nanjing

The rural revitalization strategy reported by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is an important measure to decisively build a well-off society in an all-round way.The Fourth Session of the 13th National People’s Congress gave a new interpretation of rural revitalization in the 14th Five-Year Plan.Nowadays,the construction of new rural areas is particularly important,and all localities are seeking unique rural revitalization roads.With the continuous advancement of globalization,China vigorously promotes diversified development to improve the international cultural exchange and integration.Consequently,a large amount of slow cities have emerged in China from the culture collision of "slow city" with the Western countries,and Chinese have gradually pay great attention to the new culture of slow city.As the first"International Slow City" in China,Yaxi,located in Gaochun,Nanjing,has become the vanguard of China’s slow city,and developed its unique characteristics in the past few years.This thesis takes Gaochun’s "International Slow City" as an example to study the development countermeasures of our country’s rural cultural tourism from the perspective of "Slow City".The research is carried out by means of literature analysis,field research,network survey and data analysis.Based on the actual development of Yaxi Slow City,this thesis analyzes the deficiencies in the development of Yaxi "slow city".The main issues found in current research are summarized as follows:(1)lack of effective protection of rural cultural resources;(2)the concept of "slow city" is not widely promoted;(3)transportation planning is not perfect;(4)talent training and scenic spot management is insufficient.Through the discovery of problems,this thesis further studies the cases of "Cittaslow" in South Korea and Qufu in Shandong,and combines the advantages and disadvantages of all parties so as to provide reference and reference for the development countermeasures of rural cultural tourism in China from the perspective of "Cittaslow".The thesis proposes four suggestions:(1)improving the level of resource construction and strengthen the overall development;(2)changing the role of government and strengthen policy guarantee;(3)integrating the characteristics of Cittaslow and retain local culture;(4)encouraging social participation "Internet+market".It is hoped that the research results of this thesis could play a guiding and reference role for the future development of rural tourism in Yaxi "International Slow City" and other cases of China.
