Emotions play an important role in an individual's behavior.Secondary vocational students are in adolescence,they are emotionally unstable and immature.In daily life,they experience more negative emotions,which affect their physical and mental health.In this study,pro-social behavior was promoted by stimulating positive emotions of secondary vocational students,so as to provide guidance for them to adapt to society and their mental health.The study used the Positive-Negative Emotion Scale and the Youth Pro-social Tendency Scale to measure the students of a vocational school in Henan Province,and to explore the current situation and their relationship between students' positive emotions and pro-social behavior.Based on study one and study two,40 subjects were recruited and randomly divided into two groups,20 people in each group.Group one was the experimental group and the other was the control group.Group counseling activities were carried out for 8 times in the experimental group by using the self-designed positive emotion group counseling course to investigate the promotion effect of positive emotion on pro-social behavior.The main results are as follows:(1)The positive emotions of secondary vocational students are different in gender,class cadre,family atmosphere and family location.There was no significant difference in only child status,left-behind status and grade.(2)The pro-social behavior of secondary vocational students is different in gender,class cadre and family location.There was no significant difference in only child status,left-behind status,harmonious family atmosphere and grade level.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between positive emotion and pro-social behavior,and positive emotion could positively predict pro-social behavior.The regression equation between the score of positive emotion dimension and the total score of pro-social behavior is y=71.587+0.608 x.(4)The intervention effect of the positive emotion group counseling course designed in this study was good,and the pro-social behavior of the experimental group was significantly improved.
