| In the 1980 s,archaeologists discovered and excavated five primitive clan cemeteries in the desolate Chawuhu Valley,which attracted great attention from the academic circles.These discoveries indicate that the unpopular Piedmont valleys around 3000 years ago were carrying the lively years that the Chawuhu Valley people had experienced at that time.Among the five cemeteries excavated at Chawuhu Valley,the No.4 cemetery is the most complete,and the whole cemetery has not been destroyed by natural or man-made later generations.Archaeologists have made a comprehensive and systematic excavation of the cemetery.From the perspective of archaeological anthropology,primitive cemeteries and tombs are the reflection of the real society of the ancients and the epitome of the secular life of prehistoric human beings.The discovery and comprehensive excavation of No.4 Cemetery in Chawuhugou provides a complete case study for us to understand the life and society of ancient clans.In the past,archaeologists paid more attention to the basic characteristics of Chawuhu culture,the stages of objects,the origin of culture and the differences between Chawuhu culture and contemporary archaeological culture in the surrounding areas.Based on the archaeological materials of Chawuhugou and the related discoveries of Chawuhu cultural circle,this paper examines the remains of Chawuhu culture from the perspective of National Archaeology and social life history by using archaeological typology,cultural factor analysis and other methods in archaeological theory and methods,and tries to construct the social life of Chawuhu Valle clan. |
