At the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the Party Central Committee clearly stated that it is necessary to strengthen cultural self-confidence,promote the prosperity of socialist culture,strengthen the implementation of the strategic plan for cultural rejuvenation,and improve the level of cultural services in my country through the construction and development of cultural industries,and further promote the realization of China The Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation points out the direction for my country’s rural public cultural work.Through observation,it can be found that in terms of cultural construction in my country,the lack of rural public cultural infrastructure is a major factor hindering the process of cultural construction.Cultural infrastructure plays a very obvious role in providing cultural services and meeting cultural needs.However,with the changes in social living habits and the continuous development of the economic situation,farmers’ requirements for the development of grassroots cultural construction are constantly increasing.There are still many shortcomings in the construction of rural public cultural infrastructure,so it is imperative to do a good job in the construction of rural public cultural infrastructure.In order to better study the above topics,this article uses research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.,based on the mainstream theoretical ideas in the field of public management,and analyzes the construction status and management of public cultural infrastructure in Lu Long research on many issues revealed during the development.The article takes the current situation of rural public cultural infrastructure in Lulong as the starting point for the research.By discovering the problems encountered in the construction and management of rural public cultural infrastructure,it concludes that the capital investment is relatively small and the supply and demand of infrastructure construction is asymmetric.Issues such as the low level of grassroots government management.Analysis of the reasons is mainly reflected in the aspects of funding,institutional mechanisms,and government positioning.Through research,this paper proposes the following countermeasures,including increasing financial investment in rural public cultural infrastructure construction,improving the mechanism for expressing rural public cultural infrastructure construction needs,strengthening management,improving the level of public cultural services,and enhancing the comprehensive utilization of facilities Rate and other suggestions and strategies.It aims to arouse the attention and enlightenment of the government and the masses by studying the problems encountered in the current construction and management of rural public cultural infrastructure,and provide a useful reference for rural public cultural infrastructure,so as to achieve the prosperity of grassroots culture and promote the steady development of economic society purpose.
