This paper takes "Xingkui","Xinghao" and "Duokui" as the research objects.Combining previous research results, using cognitive linguistics, pragmatics and other theories, respectively, from the perspectives of syntax, semantics, and pragmatics, the characteristics, similarities and differences of the above three at the synchronic level are analyzed. At the diachronic level, the evolution of the three words is compared to fully show the grammatical characteristics and individual differences of the three words. The thesis is divided into four chapters in addition to the introduction and conclusion. The first chapter is a comparative analysis of syntax.First,by summarizing the interpretations in the reference books and previous research results, the parts of speech of the three are discussed. Then, statistical analysis was performed on the syntactic distribution of the three in the sample corpus to understand the syntactic distribution characteristics of the three."Xingkui"(幸亏)is located at the beginning of the sentence more often than the other two, and"Duokui"(多亏)is located in the sentence more often than"Xingkui"(幸亏)and"Xinghao"(幸好).There is more"Xinghao"than"Xingkui"in single use,and no"Duokui"to use alone have been found. Finally, the concatenation of the three words is analyzed."Xingkui"and"Xinghao"are often followed by"You(有)+NP+VP",and after"Duokui(多亏)"are usually"You(有)+了+NP";"Xingkui"and"Duokui"followed by the word"shi(是)"structure are more likely than"Duokui";"Duokui"tend to choose the time frame structure, and"Xinghao"tend to choose the timing structure;"Xingkui"and"Duokui"can be followed by a person noun;"Xinghao"can be followed by a preposition structure. The second chapter is the comparative analysis of semantics.First of all,it sorts out the semantic background research of the predecessors and points out its shortcomings. After that, according to the hidden situation and position of "condition(cause)" and "result" in the sentence, the distribution differences and respective characteristics of the three words in different modes are classified and analyzed. Then, through the investigation of the corpus, according to whether there is the participation of "other parties" and the gratification of the "favorable result" or the "non-unfavorable result",summarize the characteristics of the "condition(cause)" and "result" of the sentence where the three words. Finally,a comparative analysis of the peculiarities of the meaning of the three words is carried out. When the speaker mainly wants to express a kind of "lucky" meaning, they often use "Xingkui" and "Xinghao";in addition,"Xinghao" also has "self-comfort"."Xingkui" and "Duokui" tend to express a strong sense of gratitude. The third chapter is a comparative analysis of pragmatics.First of all, from the perspective of discourse role analysis,an overall summary of the distribution and mutual relations of the " helper","beneficiary" and "speaker" is made. After that,we will start with the three words "Xingkui," "Xinghao," and "Duokui" to see the characteristics and differences of the corresponding discourses of the "helper","beneficiary" and "speaker".Finally, combined with the relevant theories of cognitive linguistics and pragmatics, the pragmatic functions of the three words are analyzed from the perspectives of subjective commentary, trigger presupposition, and textual cohesion. The fourth chapter is the analysis of diachronic evolution.First, combining relevant corpus and reference books, analyze the diachronic evolution of"Xing"(幸)and"Kui"(亏)in ancient Chinese.Fortunately,"Xing"and"Kui"represent the widespread use of the meaning of"Jiaoxing"(侥幸).The widespread use of"Xing"and"kui"to express the meaning of"Jiaoxing"(侥幸)provides a realistic semantic basis for the appearance and formation of these three words. After that, the diachronic evolution of the three words is sorted out from the perspectives of the time of appearance, the process of word formation, and the motivation of evolution.
