In recent years,ethnic minority villages have attracted more and more attention in the tourism market.Due to their uniqueness and ethnic culture diversity,ethnic minority areas have been developed and featured as an important tourism resource in tourism development.Xijiang Miao Village,the largest Miao reserve all over the world,is rich in ethnic cultural resources.The development of tourism has brought tremendous changes to Xijiang,meanwhile it gives Xijiang a great opportunity to exhibit it’s traditional culture Liquor plays an irreplaceable role in the daily life of people here.Therefore,liquor culture has evolved as an unique manifestation of ethnic characteristic in the tourism development of Xijiang.Cultural re-production is a common way of culture exhibition in ethnic tourist destinations.The development of "Xijiang Mode" in last ten years inspire the emergence of "High Mountain and Flowing Water" toast ceremony,that is based on the characteristics of the traditional liquor culture of the Miao,under the premise of respectful initial liquor ritual customs.It inherited the traditional national culture,and further matured through excavation,processing and refining.So that it is displayed in the specific locations of tourism and keep evolving to be to be perfect.Nowadays,"High Mountain and Flowing Water" has formed a complete set of Miao music,Lusheng play,toasting game,combining to be a series of instructions for toasting.It is a good practice of ethnic cultural re-production.Based on the research perspective of Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of cultural re-production,this paper uses the "High Mountain and Flowing Water" toast ceremony in Xijiang as the research object,analyzes the re-production of national culture in tourism development field and discusses the re-production of local food culture and the logic mechanism behind this phenomenon under the background of tourism development.The main part of this paper firstly describes the basis,the social and cultural background and tourism development process of Xijiang.The second chapter explores the existence of liquor culture in the matrix of Miao culture through the research methods of literature collection and individual interviews.It mainly consist of four parts: the Miao nationality’s life,ancient songs,drinking ceremony and drinking customs,and the last one is social functions of liquor.The third chapter introduces the generation,connotation and function of the "High Mountain and Flowing Water" toast ceremony in the tourism field.The following chapter 4describes the presentation occasion after the formation of this kind of toast ceremony,which is divided into three aspects: display,operation and communication.Finally,the chapter 5 analyzes how liquor culture,as a food culture with national characteristics,carries out cultural innovation under the support of traditional culture matrix,and considers the interactive relationship between re-production of national culture and tourism development and its practical logic.As a new form of folk culture display,the "High Mountain and Flowing Water" toast ceremony does not come out of nowhere,but has generated and developed in a certain logic chain.Following this logic,the culture of Xijiang Miao Village,including liquor culture and other cultural phenomenon,are experiencing re-construction or extraction of the cultural re-production under the stimulation of multiple forces on the basis of their original field.
