Coupling Coordination And Spatialtemporal Evolution Of Urban Comprehensive Carrying Capacity In Yunnan Province From The Perspective Of "Production-Living-Ecological Space"

The comprehensive carrying capacity of a city is a reflection of the development of a city that changes with the interaction of natural resources,ecological environment,economy and society.In the Outline of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development,it is proposed to accelerate the strengthening of the weak areas of county seats,promote the upgrading and expansion of public services,environmental sanitation,municipal utilities,industrial facilities and other facilities,and enhance the comprehensive carrying capacity and governance capacity.As a frontier province in China,Yunnan Province has a large development gap between urban and rural areas.Therefore,the research on the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities in Yunnan Province is a strong support to promote the new urbanization in Yunnan Province.According to the "19" report "in the new period,we are going to a firm go production development,life wealthy,ecology good civilization development path",this article will Production-Living-Ecological space and the integration of the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities,from the city life space carrying capacity,production space carrying capacity,ecological space,the carrying capacity of three aspects The comprehensive carrying capacity of 16 cities in Yunnan province was studied.In this paper,by using entropy value method,comprehensive index method,coupling coordination model,the disorder degree model and kriging interpolation method and various econometric model of the comprehensive carrying capacity of 16 seat of government of Yunnan Province city,city "Production-Living-Ecological space" carrying capacity development status and city "Production-Living-Ecological space" carrying capacity of the coupling coordination development situation of the time,space,the analysis of two dimensions.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of the development level of urban comprehensive carrying capacity,from the perspective of geographical divisions,the urban comprehensive carrying capacity of Yunnan Province is in the order of central Yunnan,southeastern Yunnan,southwest Yunnan,west Yunnan,northeast Yunnan and northwest Yunnan.From the city,Kunming city comprehensive carrying capacity of the highest level,the average is greater than 0.60,Zhaotong,Lushui,Xianggelila between 0.300.40,individual years numerical even less than 0.30,the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities at the lowest level,the comprehensive carrying capacity of the other12 cities have the same level of development,all focus is between 0.40 to 0.50.(2)According to the analysis of the development level of urban production space carrying capacity,from the perspective of geographical division,the urban production space carrying capacity of Yunnan Province is in the order of central Yunnan,southeastern Yunnan,western Yunnan,northeast Yunnan,northwest Yunnan and southwest Yunnan.From the perspective of cities,Yuxi and Kunming have the highest development level of urban production space carrying capacity,followed by Jinghong,Xianggelila and Chuxiong.Zhaotong is at the lowest level of urban production space carrying capacity,and the other 10 cities are at the average level.(3)According to the analysis of the development level of urban living space carrying capacity,from the perspective of geographical division,the urban living space carrying capacity of Yunnan Province is in the order of central Yunnan,northeast Yunnan,southeast Yunnan,west Yunnan,southwest Yunnan and northwest Yunnan.In terms of cities,the city with the highest carrying capacity of urban living space is Kunming,while Lushui and Xianggelila are at the lowest level.(4)According to the analysis of the development level of urban ecological spatial carrying capacity,from the perspective of geographical divisions,the urban ecological spatial carrying capacity of Yunnan Province is in the order of southwest Yunnan,west Yunnan,southeast Yunnan,northwest Yunnan,northeast Yunnan,and central Yunnan.From the perspective of cities,Pu’er has the highest ecological space carrying capacity,while Kunming and Yuxi have the lowest ecological space carrying capacity.(5)According to the city "Production-Living-Ecological space" carrying capacity of the coupling coordination development level analysis:(1)production-livingecological perspective: 16 cities in Yunnan Province "extraordinarily space" coupling coordination level in time overall growth and coordinate direction,Kunming centered on both space "core-edge" type space structure.(2)Production-living perspective: The coupling coordination level of production space and living space in the 16 cities of Yunnan Province generally fluctuated in time.Except Zhaotong,the coupling coordination level of each city increased at different ranges,but the absolute gap of coupling coordination level between cities was expanding.(3)Production-ecological perspective: The coupling coordination level of production space and ecological space carrying capacity of the 16 cities in Yunnan Province generally showed a downward trend in time.Except Jinghong,the coupling coordination level of the other cities showed a downward trend at different ranges,and the absolute gap of coupling coordination level between cities was expanding.(4)From the perspective of livingecology,the coupling coordination level of living space and ecological space carrying capacity of the 16 cities in Yunnan Province showed an overall upward trend in time.Except Zhaotong,the coupling coordination level of each city showed a different growth rate,and the absolute gap of coupling coordination level between cities was decreasing.(6)Through the analysis of the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban degree shows: in the disorder degree of system layer in the model,the main obstacle factors of the ecological space in Kunming,in addition to the main obstacle factors of bearing capacity,Mengzi space for production capacity,the main obstacle factors of the rest of the 14 cities were living space carrying capacity.In the calculation and analysis of the index layer,it is concluded that the five indexes,including built-up area,per capita industrial output value,population size,proportion of service industry in GDP,and proportion of land used for public facilities,have the largest impact on the cities in Yunnan Province and have the most extensive scope,which are important obstacles to the progress of the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities in Yunnan Province.
