Report On The C-E Translation Of A Business Plan Of An Ecological Agriculture Company

With the rapid growth of economy,China has established close relations with other countries and has witnessed a booming development of exportation.A business plan serves as one of a key method for domestic enterprises to attract investors and gain financial capitals at home and abroad.This paper is a report based on this author’s C-E translation practice on a business plan of Asian Farm Ecological Agriculture Co.,Ltd..This report consists of four chapters.Chapter One gives a brief introduction to the translation project,which outlines the background,content and significance of the project and the client request.Chapter Two describes the whole process,including preparation before translation,during translation and after translation.Chapter Three is the main body of this paper.In this chapter,the textual features of the business plan are discussed,based on which some relevant translation strategies are analyzed.Besides,some translation difficulties are further explored both on syntactical and lexical levels.Chapter Four reviews the whole process of translation and summarizes the gains and deficiencies in this translation practice.
